Ordered some of their faceshields for PPE during covid. Super nice pre-purchase, but it's been 11 days, still no faceshields, no tracking numbers. They've gone dark. I need to dispute it with my credit card. Be careful! I'm wondering if the whole operation is a scam.

This company is the worst company to ever choose. 1. They make sure you sign a 58 page contract basically saying you allow them to take your money no matter what they do even with no results and fully covers them. I would never risk doing that again and would have them sign my own contract. 2. They US 3d printing which when I was with them I supplied them all the step CAD files from my previous completed prototype and they kept having computer problems for over a month which I was charged for. 3. They truly have a very non standard billing method you have to prepay $2200 a month regardless of what

If you are first time inventor and want a working prototype. I do not recommend this company at all. Reasons are listed in bullet points.

1. PRG prototypes are made from a 3-D printer which is not good for durable use such a travel , mailing , touching , or presenting. Find a company that uses a CNC Machine , which use molding material and it's more durable.
My experience with this company. The prototype was broken by the time I got it and it also does not work with the main objective I had it made for. The color , sizing , and material are all just bad.

2. The communication is

Do not use PRG Prototyping. I wish I would have read these reviews before I used them. After spending thousands and thousands of dollars with them, the prototype they produced was crap and didn't even work. I produced a better prototype in my garage that I am now using for manufacturing. They couldn't stick to their time line and their communication SUCKS. After speaking to Tyler about my concerns and disappointment, he swore that I needed he resources...and wanted me to send it back to be completed to my standard. There was no way in hell I was sending anything back to that crap company

It has been about 3-4 years since I came across PRG Prototyping. The pay one fee (about 12k) for the design and development one stop shop is very appealing for a someone with an idea for a product who would like someone who knows how things go behind the scenes of product development.

I bought in after talking to Tyler who I am sure is probably a good person, but also is a very good salesman. I bought in and literally borrowed money to pay for my idea to be developed and a prototype to be made (over 16k all said and done). I have literally NEVER seen in person any of the work they have done

******DO NOT USE PRG*******THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS.
We were charged $5,000 to build a fairly simple prototype. Tyler Harrell (Owner) promised us complete support along the way of the process. He was MIA after he received the 5K.
PRG failed to meet the timeline for delivery of our prototype. The worst part of it all.......Our prototype LOOKS TERRIBLE. It looks like a high school science project gone bad. Most of the components on it have already fallen off and it is embarassing to show to anybody out there.
When addressing the above issues to Tyler, he had nothing but deflections and blamed everything

I found PRG via Google search and contacted them for a second opinion. After I was contacted by their office and then again to discuss what they can actually provide, I a pleased to say my project is currently moving along quite nicely.

Great firm with excellent credentials. Really made the early stage design process easy for us. Also, connected us with firms like patent attorneys and manufacturers.

Do not trust them trust my word. This company in one word snake. They give you false advertisement they advertise that they can turn your idea into a working prototype in just 12 weeks I think not. They totally screwed me over after I paid them 2200.00. The first 4 weeks was good they were communicating and actually doing the job. The last 4 weeks was horrible, unprofessional and a total rip off. Get this I was given a engineer to work on my project only after I hounded them to start my prototype. The day my engineer was to begin work he was fired my project was shelved and get this the CEO in

If there was a 0 star rating I would choose it.

Don't waste your time or money with this company. They offer absolutely horrible customer service, non-existent project planning, no accountability, no expertise (for my project), and above all horrendous design ability. Don't let their flashy website fool you, like it did with me. Their perception of what is professionally acceptable does not match any kind of real world expectations.

They claim a project will get done quickly, then after countless excuses your project is delayed by months and months and months and more! Then they are

This company has no passion about producing a quality prototype for you. The main goal is to try and con you out of as much money as possible. It will take almost a year for anything to get done with your product. It's a complete wast of time and money.

I, like all other negative reviews on here, found PRG to be a very bad choice. The customer service is terrible, the "engineers" were more focused on telling me how my design won't work and what color it should be rather than figuring out how to make it work. I did receive a refund after wasting several months of my time, although they charged me a hefty credit card fee. And then- get this, Tyler called me and left a msg saying he would make it worth my while if I call him about removing my bad Yelp review which he had previously threatened to sue me over. If you'd like to hear

As a first time entrepreneur, I chose PRG Prototyping through a Google search combined with educated research. I understand that prototyping is a hit-or-miss area and selecting a prototyping firm involves considerable risk; in my case it was a miss. In my opinion, PRG Prototyping took on a project and realized half-way that they were unable to carry-through with their obligation. Essentially, I am out $5000 and left hanging to dry with a few table crumbs as their deliverables. This is extremely unfortunate for PRG Prototyping; had they been successful with me, several referrals would have been

I couldn't have brought my product to life without PRG's help. I approached them with no physical mockup and a 3D model that I'd learned was useless for manufacturing. PRG offered me 3D services to design my product and through the process I found it really easy to communicate and more importantly, iterate, my way to a final polished design. The engineer, William, I worked with went above and beyond to make sure we had something as high quality as possible. That meant he communicated clearly the trade offs between 3D feasibility and material characteristics so that I could make the

Working with Tyler and his team has been a great learning experience! His teams ability to take my vision, drawings, patent and goal into their hands and provide me with a prototype that is in the process of being sent into manufacturing has been a great decision on my part to hire his team! Highly recommend working with them and getting them help you get to your goal!

PRG is good with making the actual prototype. But creativity and brain storming from the Industrial Design service was a big sell point for the overall (apparent) low cost but it is highly overrated. I got absolutely furious when the creative concept came back. I was already in contract and paid a fair portion of the 10K with the no refund policy so I had to keep going. The prototype was eventually completed with my mechanical aspects enact but the "curve" appeal was not there. I also wrote a very angry letter to PRG about the quality of their written reports so called ready for presentation

My project was said to take 3 months, but the contract did say "up to 6 months.' It took 11 months and that was only with me begging for updates almost weekly. They seemed very excited, until they got my money. I think it sat on the shelf until they got tired of hearing from me .Then it was a constant headache trying to get them to work on it.
The device is a hand-held device, with a multi-speed switch. Once I finally got it, the switch was garbage, it barely worked at all, and wouldn't stay attached to the device because of weak, shallow threads.

About four years I was starting a new company and needed someone to assist in creating a prototype. I had no idea how or what to do. I found PRG online, and sent them a product I needed completely scanned so that my manufactures oversees could produce various items for me. Since this original project I have contacted PRG a few times over the years for follow up. I have always received prompt and efficient communication and greatly appreciate them continuing to treat me right, even though my project officially ended with them years ago. I like building relationships with the vendors I use and

I found PRG Prototyping via a Google Search and a few other prototyping companies. PRG was the first to contact me back and then I spoke on the phone with the owner, Tyler. He was super enthusiastic about my product and wanted to make sure that I had a background in what I was developing. He was able to quote some figures over the phone and I knew that I wanted to work with PRG.

The beginning process went super smooth as I first spoke with their design team and we had a design within two weeks or so. Then it moved onto the engineering team. The design was spot on so the engineering team moved
