Services
Completes over 20 continuing education credits from the International Association and Continuing Education and Training (IACET) provider. Anticipate and prevent problems, deal with disruptive children, provide fair but firm discipline, and very enthusiastic and constantly alert. They communicate effectively with the children and parents, as well as with teachers and other child care workers.
Thank you for expressing an interest in enrolling your child (ren) in MITI Kids Child Care and Learning Center. Mississippi Child Care Regulations are the rules and regulations that each childcare facility must follow in order to maintain child care licensure. Therefore, it is imperative that you satisfy regulatory standards as mandated by the state and MITI Kids' initial enrollment process.
Regular teacher observations of MITI Child Care & Learning Center enrollees include the use of anecdotal records, work samples, checklist and informal questioning. Parents are encouraged to participate in classroom observations of children while they are engaged in meaningful classroom activities. As parents, you play a major role in the development and implementation of curricula activities.
This schedule provides a framework for planning and organizing daily routines and play activities for toddlers. Adjustments to the schedule are made as your child gets older and his/her needs change. You may also notice that as your child gets older, they may alter their own schedule to fit in with the group.
As a parent and child care provider, I know good food and nutrition are important for your child. That is why I have chosen to participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). The CACFP is a program provided by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). CACFP has created a Menu Planning Guide booklet.

This is one of the most unprofessional childcare centers I have ever encountered. It used to be reasonable but the good workers left and now it's just ridiculous. First they started closing a hour early and the only reason they gave for doing so was because of day light saving time and only women working at the center locking up at 5:00. They never tried to compensate us for the inconvenience or anything and would call to see if your on your way if you were a minute late. One day they had a gas leak and instead of calling parents to inform them of this, they piled all of the kids up on their little
