They subcontract work to various floor conpanies. Subcontractor filled blemishes with wrong color and filled knots. They had to replace boards and because the new boards were not cured with others they contracted more than others. They have space all around those replaced boards. Looks horrible. They also didnt put final coat of Bona Hd Matte.Whole time tried to convince me that's how it was supposed to be. Had to move all my furniture out again. Had to stay with family. They also had to buff all scratches out before they put the last coat on so the wood is super thin now. I'm afraid I'll never

If only every store were like Nantucket Custom Flooring. They have a wide variety of flooring products and they really know their products and what works best where. The staff is one of the best I've encountered and you don't have to be a contractor for them to take you seriously. They're a little hard to find it but it's well worth the search.
