My husband and I called several security companies to bid on a system for our home. Eric was prompt in coming out to look at the property. He had a bid for us in a couple of days, which included everything we had wanted at a fair price. We made some minor changes and hired them.
The guys who came to do the install were careful and courteous. They made sure we understood how to operate the system. We also had 3 security cameras installed that we can monitor from anywhere. They helped us to set those up on our phones and tablets.

I really wanted to do business with Eric. He got several five-star reviews. And so, we set an appointment time for him to come by. He came by at the prescribed time; we discussed options. He was in and out of here in five minutes. He couldn't give me even an approximate cost. Said he wanted to check security camera costs and would get back to us. This was on Wednesday, 9/18. I waited one day; then two days; then the weekend; then Monday. It's now nearly a WEEK since he was here and still no email or call. I know we're probably small potatoes to him; we only wanted two
