After months of being ignored, harassed and treated as victims and getting no where with our insurance company we hired Merbaum & Becker to represent us. My wife and I had a huge problem with a contractor we had no clue of what to do. the contractor took are money and did not complete the work. this project is only suppose to take less than 8 weeks but after 8 months we ran across merbaum & Becker his name is David Merbaum the best lawyer in ATLANTA Ga and Samantha Wells. Im a veteran that has PTSD and TBI from the army. To say that Matthew Mikkelsen went above and beyond in helping me is an understatement. He walked with me through every stage of a tenant eviction process (I was the landlord, in this case) and represented me well in court. I called this firm concerning a tenant-landlord issue a few days ago.
