HORRIBLE COMPANY! Placed order early December. They charged my card and never shipped items. Phone number goes straight to a busy signal. Other one is no longer assigned to this company. The email listed receives emails (non have kicked back) however no one has replaced to my 5 Emils inquiring where my order is. I am in charge-back process with CC company now, BIG HEADACHE!

Worst customer service I have ever had... if their product doesn't work for you they have an 'assistance form' you can fill out to try to figure out if something can be done to try to make it work. I filled it out and weeks later still haven't heard back from them. I've sent them two more emails which according to them they 'usually respond within one business day' and I haven't heard a word back from either. Their entire site claims that their products are great and that they really want to help you...completely false... You're even supposed to get a 'personalized letter of instructions' with
