We recently purchased this home and I was able to use the horrible condition of the roof to get $5,000 off the asking price. How about that. I saved $5k and the seller (YOU?) lost $5k. As you can tell in the photo on the left side the gray shingles is black and that is because it only receives the morning sun.

Sorry to say, after having Pressure Pro doing my fall gutter clean out for years, we have parted ways. They had in the past scheduled my job on an annual basis. This year I had to email twice to schedule, then was told I have to call the day of my appointment to see if they were coming.
I had asked for a 9am time, no show, then told tough if I did not call them to verify time. Seems like they need to have a babysitter phone follow up.
I miss the old Pressure Pro, not sure what has happened with them.

We're a repeat customer. We called Pressure Pro Power Washing again when it was time for our roof (4400 sq. ft.) to be cleaned because they did such a great job shortly after we bought our home. They show up when scheduled and do a great job for a fair price. The men are professional and conscientious about the work they do. Our roof looks new again.

These guys are on the ball! They cleaned our large backyard, concrete patio and made it look like new. All the mold and stains on and between the cracks are gone. Looks like new! They did not rush the job, but took their time. Cleaned extra on the pavilion roof and fireplace. Very conscientious. Very glad we chose this outfit.

I couldn't be home when Floyd and his team came to clean my mobile home, decks, and shed but it didn't matter. They showed up when they said they would and everything was done perfectly.
