My first visit and the entire staff went above and beyond to improve the overall appearance of my feet and to provide Excellent care. Dr Plants was superb and worked on both feet and provided me with a pair of shoes that from the moment I put them on, soothed my feet and provided me with more pain relief than I have felt in more than 9 months. I am so amazed! I have been in excruciating pain and could barely stand much less walk and thanks to Dr Nicholas Plants and his staff, I am walking comfortably and basically pain free for the first time in an awfully long time. I had no idea this office was in Del City but I. I really glad I found it..ce brand new well furnished. and they have on site x-rays thank goodness so you don't have to go and come back. I saw Dr. Leila Straehla and she is AMAZING. I like the fact that she gave me options in my treatment. I also had several issues going on at the same time but she handled all of them very effeciantly and discussed everything with me in terms I could understand. Very very nice. Also the lady doing x-rays and diabetic foot care was nice and also quick. I will add that you first have to get past the not so friendly

If they have to send a biopsy off to a lab/pathologist, make sure you ask them which one and then check with your insurance that the lab/pathologist is IN NETWORK. This provider's office clearly doesn't care to notify you and get your consent to have your specimen sent to a pathologist that is out of network (even if the clinic itself is in network). *the use a pathologist that is out of network with BCBS* I got a surprise bill for $700 and I am not happy about it. It will be illegal for them to do this beginning January 2022. Just avoid this clinic, they don't care about their patients.

The entire staff (receptionist, medical assistant and doctor) were so amazing!! My adult son has special needs and is easily overwhelmed, but everyone was super patient and kind to my “baby”. They worked to modify their normal schedules to accommodate our schedule needs based upon my son’s mental and physical needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

I’m a longtime patient of this establishment, and Dr. Plants and his staff consistently provide top-notch service. The front office is professional and courteous, and it’s very easy to schedule or re-schedule appointments and sign in. The technicians provide expert care, and are very supportive. Dr. Plants is very knowledgeable of his craft, has an excellent patient relationship manner, and has done an outstanding job working with me on a variety of foot-related issues, from diabetic management to ordering special footwear. Any questions or concerns I have are resolved quickly and accurately
