Peace of Mind offers a wide variety of services to the families we serve. Some of the services we provide are, Simple Cremation, Simple Burials, Traditional Type Funerals in Churches or Cemetery Chapels, or in a location provided by the funeral home. This list does not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy, such as cemetery or crematory services, flowers and newspaper notices.
When it comes to pre-planning your own funeral or a loved one's funeral, we know that it is not always the easiest thing to have think about or actually do. Pre-planning a funeral allows an individual to make decisions for themselves and/or their loved ones about what their wishes are. By doing this, it allows emotional and financial security for themselves and their family.
What is simple cremation? This means that the remains are transported to the funeral home from the place of death and cremated shortly there after. Is cremation performed right away after death? No. There are state statutes that must be followed when cremation is to be the final mode of disposition.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE! Had a family member cremated here and a after almost two weeks we called to check on the progress and they told us she had been done for several days !! No one called us. When we asked to pick her up they agreed and we all decided on a time, when we get there.. No one is to be found but a janitor/housekeeper. They helped us thankfully but what the fu**?! We called to get her keepsakes filled and the lady told us “um yeah but I can’t just jump on it just leave her here for a couple days we’re busy” I told her thank you but I will

Having to call the family that is in mourning to get correct information about a loved ones funeral was the worst. This place did not post the correct information in the paper and I had to disturb the family who was mourning. They need to double check what they are posting before posting it. And when I called them to get the correct information I was told no one was available to take my call and needed to leave my phone number and name. Really!!!

The owner was very unprofessional. He embalmed my mother in law WITHOUT our consent and pushed us away from an autopsy. Now we will NEVER know the cause of death because of their wrong doing. The only reason we found out they embalmed her was from another funeral home since we had her transferred. There is definitely NO peace of mind here.

Peace of Mind (Funeral & Cremation services) was more than I knew to ask for. They helped my family honor, pay respects, lay to rest & say goodbye to my cousin Teddy (Theo). Teddy was two days away from his 30th birthday when he passed, far too soon and 100% unexpected. Myself and four other family members met at Peace of Mind with it's owner Robert, on May 7th, 2021. My dad's funeral was here last year. It took me this long to write something because I was greiving and so upset. My sister did everything she could for our father, she was an amazing daughter and did what was within her means so this review is in no way a refelection on her or her choices. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED with the behavior of the director or how things were handled! If I could give a zero I would. I don't even know where to start. I was treated like an incovenience when I called with questions. The facility is outdated and looks like a set from a Vincent Price movie, the casket room showroom

My Father had no funeral arrangements in place when he suddenly was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Per his request he wanted to die at home. My siblings and I were scrambling to honor the wishes of our Father which was to be cremated and no funeral. Having never been through this we had no idea where to begin. I cannot express my gratitude towards PEACE OF MIND. My mom did not have any funeral arrangements ready for when she passed away. Peace of Mind made it affordable and very easy to accommodate our last minute choices. The funeral home is absolutely beautiful and the best one I have been to. All thru the service the staff was always there for any concerns we may have had. I highly recommend Peace of Mind. My mom looked very natural and beautiful on her special day.
