We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. That's why at Heppner Chiropractic our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnecessary tension and to make you feel comfortable.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.
Upon your arrival, our receptionist will welcome you into our office as a member of our practice. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition. Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Abby Heppner to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.
Most chiropractors regard the elimination of symptoms as the easiest part of a persons care. If all that the chiropractor does is to reduce the pain and stop there, the chances of the condition recurring are much greater. In order to prevent a rapid recurrence of symptoms, it is necessary to continue receiving care even though your symptoms are gone.

Best experience with Dr Heppner chiropractor at this location. Came in with pain and weeks worth of discomfort. After seeing Dr Heppner improvements overnight! Office is very nice atmosphere, beautiful music playing, staff very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend and will continue my visits with this chiropractor 😊

Unfortunately I cannot give more than 3 stars because my first patient exam (the one that usually involves a longer intake, thus is more expensive) lasted 15 minutes including adjustments. I remember coming out and my husband (who was waiting in the lobby) said: "That's it?"
Dr. Heppner was kind, but the experience didn't make me want to schedule a second appointment. The value just wasn't there.

Heppner Chiropractic is my only choice for this type of care. My whole family has used her for sports related issues as well as injury. Always treated professionally and with the up most respect. We love Dr Heppner. She is kind and gentle. Her staff is helpful and always courteous. They go out of their way to help you understand your insurance and co pay requirements. I have gotten massages by all the therapists as well and can tell you I always leave feeling relaxed and my muscles are super happy :)

I've been seeing Dr Heppner for two years now. She is kind, professional and knowledgeable. I have seen other chiropractors in the past and she's the best I've been to.
