They came out within a few days and did a full paint correction, clay bar, headlight polishing and 5 year ceramic coating at a competitive price. Did it all in the comfort of my garage and I will definitely be having them do my other car here soon. Well worth it.

JT Detailing did a great job removing excessive hard water spots over the entire exterior of our car due to a broken solar-water heater relief valve on the roof that sprayed our car and wasn't immediately detected until too late. Their service was great and punctual.

Mediocre service. When first written I was dissatisfied with how the interior looked. Upon walking up to the car, the exterior was amazing. I was very pleased. You couldn't ask for better service. The outside was dusty but didn't have caked on mud and the tires, they did amazing service on. They started at 0930am and I knew it would be a three hour service. When I went out at 1230, the inside wasn't touched. Multiple times I came to see if they were completed with my car due to the younger of the two sitting on the sidewalk a majority of the time. Took my car in for interior cleaning, and was pretty disappointed. Paid extra for having sand in my car, not a crazy amount either. Seat shampooing was crappy, all my seats looked exactly the same like nothing was done, just slightly damp. The dash, radio, and steering wheel area wasn't cleaned, not even wiped down. The sides of my doors weren't vacuumed or cleaned either, even though I took it upon myself to take everything out so that he could clean it. Used this guy a few times....always late. Just wanted the basic $100. “car wash” AS DESCRIBED ON HIS WEB SITE....A few months went by and I scheduled another $100 car wash.. just as it is described on his web site. He called the day of the job and said it was gonna be $200 because it had been a few months since we used him!! WHY!! The web site has a menu of packages with prices affixed to them. A basic car wash is $100.. Don’t use this guy. There are lots of other auto detailers that are more professional and won’t try to rip you off

JT is amazing! Currently military and leaving the island, JT made sure BOTH of my vehicles passed inspection and were good to go. With both cars visiting beaches on a frequent basis. His attention-to-detail was superb!!!

I now FULLY BELIEVE what Lalena S. states a couple of reviews down, because the exact same thing happened to us - for "Jeffery L." to reply with "I make it to all of my appointments." is a lie. I will stick with 'just the facts':

I had my Mercedes detailed and it came out perfect. And of my water spots are gone, swirls are gone. I felt bad because he was working so very hard on my car and I never had my car detailed in a long time. He was on time and very professional. And very knowledgeable of what he uses on cars or trucks. Im very thrilled of how my car came out. My car looks like it just came out of the showroom and I like how it has that new car smell. My car looks very amazing. And I will be back to a maintenance.

One star because there's no zeros. This detailer called to confirm his appointment said he would be a few minutes late and the cost may be slightly higher. I waited and waited and waited no call no show I texted no response my appointment was at 10:30 it is now 140 no response still no call no show. Poor customer service. Very disappointed.

They did an AMAZING job my car was in horrible condition from my kids spilling stuff and getting food everywhere so I had to pay $120 instead of $80 but it was worth it my car looks better than it did when I bought it!!! They payed attention to detail & was super nice & professional!!! I love it & would definitely go back!!! I definitely would recommend!!

So amazing! Mobile detailing is so great cause you don't have to leave your home. Jeff was so great in his recommendation for my car and what package would be best to get the results I wanted. All I can say is Outstanding and man ohh man. Went in this morning and got an appointment the same day. Jefferey is hella cool and told me exactly what I was paying for. I dropped my car off and Jefferey called right on schedule. I must say, my expectations were met and then some. They got my wife's car looking like it did (inside and out )when we first purchased it. If you want your vehicle to shine and look great, bring it here. The only negative comment is, I wish I would've brought our vehicles here before, and I work right next to them. Lol. I had been searching around a few weeks, looking for a good place to get ceramic coating on my new truck. I even made a few appointments for quotes, but got a little freaked out when I visited them and saw how ghetto they were, ie just some back-alley shop under a tarp. Recently I moved back home to Hawaii. My Scion Xb is 12 years old and was basically a mess. Lots of road trips on the Mainland, 2 round trips shipments to/from the Mainland, and going through 5 Michigan winters. I hate to wash my car, finally had it detailed before out of town guest arrive next week. Took it to JT'S Auto Detailing, Let me say WOW it looks as good as when I got ut from the dealer & it smelks so clean inside. I had the normal issues you get on cars, water spots & few minor stains on rhe seats- Gone
