Rode into town for the Sturgis Rally and my teenager forgot her contacts! She’s a -4.00 so no going without for the week. Stopped by these nice folks and they totally helped us out. They contacted our eye doctor back home in Michigan, got the prescription sent over and gave us a sample pack at no charge to get us through the week. Unbelievable customer service, friendliness and going above and beyond. I wish I lived in Custer just so they could be our regular doctor. Thank you so much for saving our vacation! The Derbys

We were vacationing in Custer and my glasses broke. I took them down to Premier, and they happily repaired them while I waited. It only took them 10 minutes and it was a lifesaver for me. I could not have enjoyed the rest of my trip without my eyesight. They were very pleasant and very efficient. Five stars.

Very rude employee. Was 5 minutes early to my appointment and she wanted to reschedule becauae i wasnt exactly 10 minutes early. Then after my exam, i was looking for frames when the employee basically rushes me out and tells me i should take my prescriptiom somewhere else. Thats exactly what I did. Very rude lady, will never return. Worst service ever. If i could do 00 stars i would. Eye doctor himself was very kind, but the one employee is very very rude. EDIT: Could hear employees behind counter talking about there customers and complaining about them.

I was traveling through So Dak with my 16 year old Granddaughter when one of lens in her glasses popped out of the frames. I found Premier Family Eyecare on the Internet and decided to see if they could assist with my problem. I was very impressed with your staff and their sense of urgency to resolve my issue. The technician had the problem fixed in a matter of minutes at no cost. Wonderful, professional team!!

We are on a family vacation, and a long way from home. Our 16 yr. old daughter lost one of her contacts and hadn't brought an extra pair. The two ladies at Premier Family Eyecare were extremely helpful in getting our daughter's prescription faxed from our hometown optometrist, and getting us another pair, in a short period of time.
