Our passion is keeping hazardous electronics and precious metals out of Montana's landfills. Our task is to collect electronic waste from all across Montana for de-manufacturing, recycling and recovery. We are licensed by the Montana Department of Environmental Quality as an authorized handler of electronic waste.
This list is not all inclusive, nor is it an agreement to accept any of the below listed items. This is a guideline that is subject to change and special circumstances may dictate a change in this policy. Major appliances can be taken to a local scrap recycler such as Golden (Schnitzer) Steel & Recycling at: their address.
Our "latest and greatest" service is hard-drive and data destruction. We now have a specialized in-house hard-drive shredder! This machine allows us to effectively destroy all media that may hold sensitive information. There is a minimal fee to shred your hard-drive please call us for prices. We can shred hard drives, CD's, DVD's, data tapes, floppy disks or any other type of storage media.
Not only are we experienced in the safe recycling of all sorts of electronics, we also specialize in community collection events! A list of future events is listed below. Man, what a positive experience. The fella who helped me (Morton?) was very friendly, answered my questions, and I walked out of there confident any of my personal info on my old computers was destroyed. My only regret? I didn't learn about this place until a week before I moved from Billings. (The place next door (Replay Renewed Electronics) was also really cool!
