La Tavola Ristorante

The house salad was the best part of the meal. I ordered Chicken Parmigiana and the chicken tasted like rubber- as if it had been frozen for two months then thawed. Terrible. The sauce could have been out of a jar. The food was over priced for the quality. My husband's dinner was better but easily could have been from Applebee's at half the price.
The hostess acted as if she was doing us a favor by seating us and taking our reservation. The tables had beautiful white clothes but the hostess was dressed as if she was going to clean her basement. The young man filling our water and clearing the

Peppers were lacking in taste. Bread was stale. Chicken was buried in oil. Terrible all around except for service. For the price I expected much more then a fancy fizzolis.

Not very good banana peppers, and the chicken was drowning in oil, over priced IMO. Not a good experience at all. The service was good but that's about it. On top of that you can't walk in for service you have to reserve a table. You get there and there are several tables open and only 3 to 4 different parties being served.

From Chicago and stopped on a whim, based on previous reviews…..they were right on. So delicious and fresh. You need reservations. We had an amazing eggplant parmigiana. Highly recommend!

The Virginia Spots were the best ! Absolutely, hands down delicious! Wait staff was friendly, courteous and explained items very well. Highly recommend. I have dined at many restaurants in the US and abroad and at five-star restaurants, and truly state that La Tavola Ristorante in New Stanton ranks with those restaurants. Excellent Italian dining! Remarkable anniversary dinner Saturday evening. Be sure to make reservations, as they are very busy on the weekends. Started with the artichoke romano, which was outstanding. For dinner I had veal piccata and my wife had the filet asiago both excellent. We ended the evening with coffee and creme brûlée. Thank you La Tavola for making our anniversary so special. We will be back soon!

It's been awhile since I last ate here but it was outstanding had the chicken parm with a side of spaghetti and salad, waitress was vary friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, we will definitely make a trip back.

I went with out of town company who wanted a nicer restaurant to take me out to dinner. Service was very good, the restaurant very pleasantly set up and decorated. The food very good, we left full. My friend noted though the website had business casual attire, and one gentleman was seen in shorts.

This is easily my favorite Italian restaurant in the Pittsburgh area. It's been a hidden gem for a long time. It has a quaint, traditional, and classic ambience. I enjoy all of their menu items and I like the layout of the bar area. I make a trip out to New Stanton every time I come back into the city just so I can visit La Tavola.
