Chris helped us buy our first home this past summer in this crazy market! I had recently moved down from NY to GA and my husband and I were looking to buy a home before our wedding in September. Tran was very patient throughout our 1st home buying process. He's very laid back as a realtor and knows the ATL market very well. There were several instances where we sent him 20 houses to see on the weekends and he was always very courteous and kind about scheduling the homes we wanted to see despite his other obligations. He was definitely our advocate throughout the home buying process and pushed the process along when the seller's agent was not responsive to the appraiser's calls, texts, or emails.

I contacted Chris towards the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic as I was contemplating selling my home. He assured me that he would get me top dollar, even in such a difficult environment. Chris did a great job marketing, and sure enough we had multiple offers above asking price after the second weekend.
Chris gave very personalized service that made me feel like I was his only client. He was quick about responding and was a real problem solver throughout the whole process. To top it all off, he even helped me move some stuff out of the house last minute when closing time had snuck up on me!

Chris and his team were fantastic. We contacted him since he was also listing another unit in the same complex. He was super knowledgeable about the community and the potential buyer pool, and he worked hard to find us the right buyer.
