My experience is on customer service. I called on a Friday for next day wash and blow dry for my mother. We are visiting a friend in the area so I don’t have a regular salon. Maria answered the phone and very friendly and accommodating to see me during the day just to make sure am okay with her facility due to medical issues my mother has. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment because my mother got sick. I was so embarrassed as for all the trouble i gave to Maria but when I called to let her know of the situation, I didn’t hear any sign of grief. She just said not to worry and come anytime
