In studio consultation is 45 minutes and will give you an idea of what your ideal shape will look like on your brow, you also have the opportunity to ask questions in person. At your second appointment (8-12 weeks later) we will reapply the color to your original strokes and further perfect the brow shape and color where needed.

Very very rude. Called and was told no appointments today. Walk in only. I walked in at 6. They closed at 7. Was told they were closed. She I told her I called and know they are open til 7. She looked me up and down and then asked what I wanted. I stated dip. She then nudged over to her partner and said she can do it. I walked right out. Extremely rude unprofessional. Made this very uncomfortable around other customers. I will take my good money elsewhere. Shame on them.

This place used to be hands down the best nail place in Sterling Heights but now it’s so bad. The staff are so rude and prices have increased by over 30% this year. They are probably the most expensive in town and for no good reason. The new staff is EXTREMELY rude and cleanliness has dropped greatly. If you go make sure you check the bill because they will randomly add $5 here and there. Avoid the girl with short hair and a girl named Windy. I’ve been giving them second chances for the past year and I’m just over it now.

Great job on getting us all done and partially closing so we had that special feeling of a spa day! Thank you again Annie, Ray, Flower and the gang for making it a special day !

I had a 3:15 appointment to have one "1" nail repaired. The receptionist greeted me very nicely. She told me to wash my hands than to have a seat. The nail technician is almost done. At 3:40 I asked how much longer? The new receptionist replied, shes almost done. At 3:58 again I asked and I got the same reply,not much longer. AtI left at 4:10 I left!

The overall experience and the service is great. They are super friendly and it’s very comfortable. That’s the main reason I didn’t complain, plus I don’t like making a scene. BUT I am very unhappy with what I left with. I told the girl that I did not like the length or shape but she told me that the powder will make it “nicer” and “better” so I trusted her. But I wish I hadn’t. The guy that did my toes actually cut my foot, twice! I feel like I threw $100 in the trash. I’m actually embarrassed of these nails. And honestly I’d just like my money back, I don’t even want them

I went in wanting a full acrylic set with gel polish no design and i was charged $75 for plain nails. I waited over half a hour for someone to do my nails and when they did them i was so unsatisfied. I asked for a specific shape and they gave me something completely different. The place is very unsanitary, they reuse the same nail file on each client, they don’t bother washing their hands when they finish with a client. They talk on the phone and to each other more then they talk to you making sure you’re pleased with your nails. If you’re a picky person like myself i wouldn’t recommend

I've been here before Covid and had a much better experience.
They were rushing and were overly aggressive my cuticles. I started bleeding. The manicurist ignored the fact I was bleeding until I said something. They proceeded to squeeze my toe so more blood came out. Not clear why in the world she did that. Then they rushed through my manicure. Didn't clean under my nails or clean up my cuticles.
I won't be coming here again.

I loved my dipped powder nails 💅 it was done very professionally by Annie. I haven't done long nails in a while but I'm obsessed with what she did. She cleaned it very well and smoothed out the edges. The one missing star is for my pedi, it wasn't a big deal even tho I asked for the salon pedi not the classic. But I would definitely go back to get my pedi with Annie.

The spa is very clean and nicely decorated. I was a walk in this morning and they took me right away. The gentleman who did my pedicure was very friendly and did a great job on the massage. One of the best massages I've had in a long time. I only didn't them a 5 because two of my toe nails could have been filed better. I didn't notice till I got home. Would have given them a 4.5 if I could.

First time going here (walk in) and I was very pleased. Ambiance/atmosphere was relaxing. Be* took off previous nail set and gave me a whole new set..someone else finished them and to say the least I'm happy with how they turned out. I will be going back for sure. The wait was a lil bit but it's understood when you didn't have an appointment. They pay attention to detail that's for sure.

Pros: First few times i went there i saw the same women and absolutely loved my nails. She took her time and everything looked beautiful. She told me because their prices are a bit higher they have a 2 week policy that if your shellac chips or peels you can come in to get them fixed. I liked this because i am very hard on my nails and when i did go back in she stuck to her word.

I have only been here three times but so far I am very happy. I am always able to get right in (the first time I was a walk-in, the other two I made appointments). I love being able to make appointments at nail salons since I don't have a lot of time to wait around for an opening, so a location that takes appointments and accepts credit cards is great. I have had a different nail technician each time getting the shellac dip manicure and it has lasted 3 weeks each time. I am sure the manicure would last longer, but I have always already had a follow-up appointment, so I could not say for sure

First timer but felt like a regular! Staff was very friendly, was turned down by 4 other salons when i asked if they could do ombre nails for my sisters wedding. Ocean nails responded right away with "yes of course! We can do anything you want!" Clean pretty atmosphere. Wouldn't allow me to leave until they were sure i loved my nails! "Be" is amazing, so patient and pays attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Really nice newer nail salon near my house. I made an appointment for a pedicure on Saturday at 4 and they took me right away which was great. Many times I've had to wait at other salons even when i make an appointment. The staff are all very nice, and made me feel really comfortable. I got a regular pedicure which was $27 but if you mention yelp, you get 10% off services :)

I had my very first lash perm done by Teresa and I'm obsessed with them! She tells you exactly what she's doing while she's doing it and answers any questions you might have. I love lash extensions but I'm too low maintenance to keep up with fill ins and my natural Asian lashes are WAY TOO straight to even bother with a lash curler or mascara. My natural lashes cannot keep a curl, even with water proof mascara and they tend to fall straight after 2 coats anyways. Lash perms are a godsend and Teresa did an amazing job. I highly recommend her for all your lash needs!
