Pooles was called to do an install it cost me 17k it don't work and he won't come back out to fix the huge pile of sewer. This was put in one year ago.

Kevin, Kim, and Zack were fantastic to deal with. Very family oriented folks that were very helpful from the first call I made to the shop where I talked to Kim. She was very polite and I had some technical questions so she had me call the owner Kevin directly. Talked with Kevin who is very knowledgeable and he got me set up with Zack who came over to pump my septic in the next hour. Only reason that happened so fast was because he was literally right down the street from me which was very lucky. Zack explained everything to me and had answers for all of my questions.
