There were a few twists and turns in the story that brought us to being a truck camper and light travel trailer dealership. In some ways, it is a surprise even to us that we ended up doing what we do, but we really love it! Ordered a travel trailer in June of 21 waited until Nov 21 which is unavoidable due to situation here in the country, while I fully understand this and it’s not the dealers fault, but what is the dealers fault is the total and complete lack of communication form the salesman Lucas, during the month of September through today November 12. I emailed Lucas many times with request he contact the manufacturer and ask the status of the trailer only to receive a “ as soon as I hear more I will let ya know” response, I phoned the manufacturer and spoke to the Texas sales representative who was able

We purchased our 2021 T@G XL from Princess Craft RV in September of 2020. Not at all pushy; answered all our questions. They made us a super deal, treated us professionally and honored the warranty on our little cosmetic issues with our camper, in record time. These people have it all figured out and do a GREAT job.
We attended the Texas Tiny Trailer Rally in Bandera that they sponsored and had a super time!

Wow. We just bought our first RV. A 2021 Lance 1995 from Princess Craft RV. The whole team is simply awesome. That said, the service team is great based on my experience. We added Solar and other items and Kevin and Cody were excellent.
We had a few issues with the added PepWave internet/cell router (Ultimate Road Warrior) but that was largely a vendor issue (mobilemusthaves.com). Still not fully resolved but PrincessCraft is working to resolve.
Anyway, PJ and her service team are the best. It has only been a week since purchase but we are VERY satisfied this far. Thank you Princess Craft RV

We bought a Luna Rover and picked it up in Feb 2021. We love the Rover. 5 star for the River.The sales experience was very good AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. We purchased an extended warranty but good luck getting anyone to return an email, text or phone call when you need service! When you email and text, you will receive a quick reply that the message has been received and that someone will respond soon. That’s all you will get. So disappointed in the lack of communication. 1 star for the service and follow up

We waited 5 months for our new trailer to arrive. Our scheduled appointment to "walk through" our trailer was nothing but " look it over and let us know if you have any questions." When we told Lucas we had zero experience with trailers he said " we have a video for you to watch." Nothing was "turned on" to see if it was in working condition( other then the AC unit.) There was also a munfacturer defect on the front window that we were told was "cosmetic" and we would be notified when the manufacture had a solution to fix it. We were told this was an "ongoing problem."

We drove all the way from Southern California to Round Rock, Texas through a snow storm to buy our brand new trailer. We would do it again minus the snow storm. Princess Craft is a family owned full-service RV dealership with down-to-earth knowledgeable people who bend over backwards to help you out. Wow, from the sales team to finance and the guys in the service department it was nothing but positive friendly Texas hospitality! I highly recommend them if your planning on buying a trailer. When you first enter their building you are greeted with a smile at reception and Sugar their resident dog.
And if your lucky you will meet the owner, PJ. She is the same as you see her on PCRV YouTube videos...
I can't say enough about this organization...

Bought my 2020 Aliner here and have to say that it was an AMAZING experience. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. If you are considering a purchase at a major RV lot PLEASE visit Princess and give them a chance to earn your business! We bought are very first travel trailer .It was a 2017 R-POD 180.We are very happy with our purchase great staff.The only issue we had was the trailer was cleaned inside and washed outside was hoping it would have been waxed and removed all oxidation from exterior.We found issues we saw they fixed before we left.

Luke or whatever salesman (younger guy with glasses) was very unprofessional and his willingness to simply show us an rv was lacking.. maybe it was our bad timing and luck.
Maybe he was having a bad day who knows but we were there with family (2kids) and before we walked into a trailer he harped on "final purchase price." I'm guessing it was their asking price? Who knows..
Anyways I ignored him as we were walking twds the trailer and he wanted to know how much I was thinking in mind.. he kept repeating the price over and over.

I visited to inquire for a purchase. The salesman seemed annoyed that I wanted to ask questions. There was no one on the lot but me during the middle of a business day. There was one I was interested in, and when I asked about negotiating he flatly told me "No." I turned tail and walked right out. Suckers pay sticker price. At least play the "we can offer you floormats / camp passes game" to warm a lady up. BYE!

My mom (who lives in California) was looking for a certain RV for months and she had a couple hits around America which all turned out to be either a scammer or a RV dealer trying to get her in the door and lying about their stock.
Luckily she found Princess Craft in Round Rock (I live about 5 miles away from them)
She found the right model at the right price. She flew out rented a car to tow it back (cheapest way to get it to California, Enterprise in South Austin gave us a good deal on a 1 way rental to California).

One of the reasons we have chosen PrincessCraft RV for our Lance travel trailer maintenance work is that they are small, personable, and friendly. Marcelo is an excellent service advisor who tracks all the issues that a customer comes in with, and is extremely patient. That is coupled with a very learned service technician, Jairo. Between the two of them, we have quite a team of knowledgeable and very customer-centric service staff.

I bought a used RV here, and drove a long way to pick it up.
The good: price
The bad: bald (dangerous) tires, bad battery, and several other things not disclosed that they certainly would have noticed, if they bothered to check.
Advice: do not buy a used RV here, especially if it is your first RV and you don't know what to look for.

Overall our experiences at Princess Craft was enjoyable and satisfying.
We purchased a 2018 T@B 400. When it came in the graphics we chose were wrong. We decided that if we planned to have the 400 for as long as we planned that the graphics had to be correct. Steve Johnson, our sales person agreed and we were able to put in a new order. Rather than wait another seven months, Steve was able to expedite our shipment and our new 400 arrived in a month. We are so happy with it and Willie (his name) has been great on trips.

We visited Princess Craft as a typical couple, good jobs and income but a decided lack of adventure. Heard Princess Craft could help, so we made the journey across the state to see if it was possible to get more adventure in our life. Well, it turns out that this is a specialty of theirs, and upon arrival we were well cared for, all of our questions answered, and then we left with a wee beastie we called the Dream Hunter.
It was a painless process, and they even managed to take care of the hitch work on the car, walked us through everything - they even answered the phone when we had questions

Just horrible. Worst customer experience ever. I had previously bought an RV elsewhere, but never experienced the punishment received after I bought a truck camper here. I researched truck campers for some time, and decided on a Cirrus 920. I drove out from California ( and back) to buy this one from them. Mistake. When they sold it to me, they told me I would spend half a day getting the tie-downs installed, tailgate removed and camper good to go. I had a 9AM appointment time, and was there. Sometime that afternoon, they began working on it, after I had already cooled my jets for three

The best part about this dealership is that the staff are real people. This means they care. Whatever your issue is, whether buying a new camper or fixing an old one, they are the real deal and you don't have to work with annoying salespeople telling you what you want to hear.
They also have the best selection of teardrops and tiny trailers in all of Texas. Add this to their camping events and involvement with the community, and I don't know why you'd go anywhere else.
