If you would like to be left for extended periods of time at your doctors offices, miss appointments, be talked to in an unprofessional manner, and be treated like you do not matter. This is the company you should use. This company’s service is some of the worst in the pine belt area. If a competitor comes to the area, this place will definitely go out of business.

I work at a local medical clinic in Hattiesburg and every time a patient comes in through Grove Transit they spend hours waiting. We always call as soon as the patient checks out. An hour or so is understandable but its between 2-3 hours. These patients usually are unable to use the restroom themselves and also are usually elderly. This company has zero compassion for their clients and I haven't seen a good experience with them yet. The drivers could care less and when calling to check est times for pick up you usually just get "They get there when they get there". Which really doesn't give them

Consistently drop patients at my clinic and are late for pick up. We've had a patient waiting for over 6 hours on a Sunday because the driver did not show up to pick up despite providing pick up time. It took me multiple calls to Medicare and them arranging pick up through another company. I would not recommend this company to anybody, period.

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy at MHG (Gulfport) on 4/5/17. I was given two transport companies by my doctor's office since the person I would have asked to transport me had sprung her big, right toe so badly, it was thought she had broken it and was no longer able to drive for a while. I called the Grove, was told the charge of $25 for the transport and made the arrangements. The Grove driver called me when I expected him to on the morning of the 5th, had no problem getting me to MHG and was a pleasant ride even though I felt tired, hungry and exhausted. Surgery scheduled for 7:15 am.The attempt

My 83 year old mother scheduled a driver to pick her up from her beauty shop appointment this morning at 9:30 and then take her to a local grocery store and then to take her home. The driver picked her up on time at the beauty shop and my mother told her she would be about an hour at the grocery store. The driver told her to call the office number when she was ready to be picked up from the grocery store. After her hour at the grocery store, my mother called the office number 6 times over twenty minutes and got voicemail each time. She called my sister who also called the Grove Transit office twice
