The therapist Herman is wonderful. The office and organization is a hot mess. Frequently I have to wait 30 minutes to 60 minutes for an appointment when I am there. Today, in particular, I had an appointment at 8:30 which was made two weeks ago. I was here at 8:30 and they have no one to perform manipulation. This tells me scheduling is not done well, and nobody double checks the day before.

I have to say southwest chiropractor did a phenomenal job. The doctor and staff made me feel welcome and took care of me very well plus I enjoyed talking sports with the staff. I am from New Jersey I went on vacation to visit family and my lower back went out on me again and they took care of me thank you so much

Seriously one of the best doctors the help with multiple issues including back pain, neck pain, and any other pain your body might be experiencing. This doctor puts his all into his patients and we have been with him for years! Never like going anywhere else! My number one go to place!! Awesome staff as well makes the place feel really warm and friendly as soon as you walk in. I have recommended many people there as I was in service from years 2014-2017, I have a lot of friends that have back problems just as mine or even worse! Their problems have always been taken care of here!

My condition got worse instead of better after visiting Dr. Aguayo. His staff is very courteous and the massage therapist is good. However, Dr. Aguayo became visibly exasperated with me when I complained that the pain was increasing with each visit, saying that the reason the pain was worsening was because I wasn't taking Ibuprofen and icing the area of pain. I asked one of his assistants about how often to take the Ibuprofen and when he went to ask the doctor, he simply said "well, whenever she is in pain".
