Services
In 1986, Jerry and Susan Tucker founded Tucker Auto Body. We began with towing only. Soon, Jerry found that many people needed help after an accident, so he expanded the Auto Body shop to include collision repair. Today, Tucker Auto Body is second-generation business managed by Jerry's son Jered and his wife Jessica.
There are many factors that go into choosing a auto body shop. You certainly don't want to complicate the collision repair process by dealing with inexperienced technicians, inflated prices, inferior products or extended repair times. Tucker Auto Body's understands that getting back behind the wheel after an auto collision can be a difficult process.
Our trucks and drivers are always available to help with emergency towing and roadside assistance 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded. In addition, we are skilled at working with insurance companies and understand motor clubs billing procedures. Regardless of whether you are locked out of your car, run out of gas, have a flat tire or the car just won't start, Tucker Auto Body and Towing can help.

I want to like this Body Shop because I like the Tucker Family. The Body Shop though only gets it 70% right though.. the times i have taken my vehicles there for repair...often lead to me bringing the car back for things you just shouldn't have to. The Staff overall are wonderful 5 stars to them but 3 stars for the quality of the work being done. After my last re visit my vehicle was covered in swirl marks like someone washed the vehicle with 80 grit sand paper. I could take it back a 3rd time but afraid they will just damage the vehicle even more. Now I'm just crossing my fingers the rear window

First off I’d just like to say wow, thank you so much! They did an amazing job repairing the damage my Civic had after being hit by a truck. They also were able to do it quickly which was so convenient for me. Their customer service was wonderful and overall I’m extremely grateful for their services and happy with my experience! Would most definitely recommend them and go to them again!

Tucker Autobody and Towing Inc. performed a high quality repair of my damaged BMW i3. I have to admit that I was very impressed because it was as if the damage to my vehicle never occurred. I highly recommend them. Customer service is very professional and friendly. They did take a week to return my vehicle to me, but it was worth it for the quality of work they did.

Just wow! So impressed with the staff and the service. Dana was so nice and explain the estimate and how long it would take. First place I take my car to and they deliver my car on time. I kept having problems with the electrical in my car and kept having to go to different places to see if they can "fix it" paid and kept messing up. Tucker's is the first place I took my car to and is still working, it has been over 4 months. Will definitely recommend!

Tucker Auto Body is the only Imperial Valley Autto shop that I trust my vehicles with. Their customer service is awesome 👌 because they treat you like your #1 all the time. I get constant updates on my car,… if any delays occur I get the reason why. I'm always informed. When my car was done, it looked better than new! I had a bumper replaced a couple of years ago and Tucker did the work. Last week I discovered the clear coat peeling off. They repainted my bumper at no charge because they guaranteed their work BUT they also repaired and painted the deep scratches I had on the lower part of my bumper at no additional charge. They have excellent customer service. I highly recommend their company!!! They went above and beyond my expectations.

Tucker Autobody & Towing gets paid to report their repairs to cars to CARFAX. They will deny it on the phone and to your face that is isn't them but it is. We were able to find out through our
insurance company. The police were not involved and no other car was hit. They made false statements about the repairs and the potential safety hazzards the car would represent and buyer beware comments. Have taken two vehicles there in past month -- with excellent service both times - The first was to replace the wiring and spark plugs and I was given a ride home and back. The second was an alignment. Staff was courteous and the service was timely . Do make an appointment !!!

Great place, the staff is very professional and did a great job of explaining everything in detail. Jared is extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made recommendations on what I needed and what could wait.
Their staff provided a few different estimates so that I could see comparisons based on what I chose to get done. I'm very comfortable bringing my vehicles here and will likely be returning for any vehicle maintenance or repairs. It's difficult finding reputable places that you can count on and are honest about the work that needs to be done. I recommend this

I was driving from San Diego to Phoenix and shredded one of my tires. After getting the spare on, I noticed the car wouldn't start and started looking for a towing company. I managed to get ahold of them as they were closing, and they still came out and told me they would get my car, drop it off anywhere I wanted, and then take me to any hotel I wanted. Tuckers is the only place I take my vehicle for any insurance repairs or paint damage they are honest and I trust them to take good care of my vehicle and repair it right while in their possession.
I have been there so many times I know most of the staff by name and they always treat me politely and respectfully, they make going through a rough time that much easier which is why I continue to go back to Tuckers.
