Excellent customer service from Maylynn. She was patient, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate good people like her because sometimes when dealing with businesses the person attending is rude, impatient, and act as if I am bothering them with questions. Not at TT Glass, Maylynn answered my phone call, gave me a quote without pressuring me or making me feel like I was wasting her time. My Father in law and I went there, she greeted us, got the measurements for the glass that we needed and got it to us in less than 15 minutes, wow! All in all, thank you Maylynn for your cool customer

I stopped by and provide some measurements to replace windows and door. I was told I will receive a call next week, but it has been three weeks since I stopped by the store. I called to follow up but she says was just I will get back to you.

I have been working with TT glass for a few years now for different project around the house. The glass is well priced and the pieces always turn out perfect. Not only is pricing great, the girl that works at the front May Lynn is a complete super star. She is responsive, knowledgeable and has even given me ideas when she wasn't able to get me reasonably priced mercury glass for a project I was working on. So glad that I found this place.

This glass place is great! Fast service and good quality work. The girl that runs the place is friendly and very helpful, hands on. We came there to buy 3 pieces of glass and it was ready before we could even get a truck to pick it up. Fast. The work was very precise and they took extra care to help us load and make sure nothing got scratched. Two thumbs up!

Wow!!!!! Where do i start? I spoke to TT Glass at 8:30, they were out by 9:30 am to take window pane and at 4:30 they were installing my new window. First class service! Friendly! Informative! Figured out best solution for me and my needs!!! I almost feel like i didn't pay enough for such service!!! Another company told me it would take 2 weeks!!!! They did it in less than 12 hours!!!! Absolutely amazing!!!

Finally found a reputable local company for all my glass and mirror needs.

Maylynn helped me from start to finish and my projects turned out phenomenal! She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the quality and fitment.

Great service!

Took a window in Monday morning to be measured and the window was ready by Wednesday (the same week). Brought the frame in Friday morning and was installed within an hour.

Extremely satisfied with everything and will definitely be coming back.

I recently (one month ago) had a custom glass table top made for our midcentury Danish coffee table. It was approximately 60" long and 20" wide, with curved edges so it was of utmost importance that it be cut and polished accurately and with great precision. We have young kids in our home and I knew I wanted to protect our table from water stains, Sharpie markers, melting ice, etc. :)

The price I paid at TT Glass & Windows was extremely reasonable and competitive- LESS THAN HALF the price of what I was quoted at another nearby glass company. The lady who helped me at TT G&W

Terrible customer service. I’m a general contractor out of Texas looking tonise their services for a localized project. Sent blue prints over for review ASAP. after my fourth attempt to inquire about cost and timeline they had no idea who I was and couldn’t find any correspondence regarding blueprints. After wasting two weeks of a short timeline they “politely” referred me to another company. Don’t waste your time. I wasted enough for the both of us.

Quick service ok price, they gave me a 16 inch by 28 inch 1/8th glass for $18

Great friendly service... They made my glass replacement for the garage door window quickly while I waited.

I was asked to provide pics and dimensions of a window which needed glass replacement. I sent dimensions of the full window (left and right panel) with dimensions including both panels along with a picture of the window. I was sent quotes for replacing only one of the panels. The problem was only evident when the installers came out to replace the glass and only replaced one side of the window.
I would have left it at miscommunication but the person I spoke with said she had advised me that only one panel was being replaced and the quote was for that. I definitely do not recollect it being pointed

Customer service was good at first. However the company completed a job without the proper support for the hardware. The company then informs me that I need to have the proper hardware installed and they will come back to "re-do" the job correctly for an additional charge. If you did not have the proper structure to install in the first place why complete the install just to say this install will not last and then charge me to do the install again when the install should not have been completed in the first place.

Wonderful people and great service! You won't find a better glass business, so just go there first.

Went to get a garage door window replaced. Had a free estimate within minutes! Although they didn't have a match in stock, they gave me a replacement piece so that my home can be protected!
