I received cryotherapy and then some type of heat direct treatment for the removal of patches under my eyes. Neither did anything to treat them. I had to reschedule a third appointment to attempt to treat again but had to work late and would miss the 5pm scheduled apptointment. Called on day of to try to reschedule, 5 hours prior to visit and as soon as I knew, was told there was a $50 reschedule fee if you do this on day of - even if having to reschedule due to work or other emergent issue. I also received a bill for $50 right prior to this reschedule stating I owed a co-pay that I already paid

Had to wait to write this review. Had I not it would be littered with profanity. My appointment was at 1:15 on 3/31/21. I called the office at 12:30 after another appointment let out early to ask if they had a slot for me. I was told Victoria (who I'd be seeing was in surgery) and not available for a earlier appointment. I waited in my car in the parking lot for 40 mins and made my way up to the office at 1:12. I waited in line to check in while the office staff and Victoria gleefully discussed falafel and the ingredients involved in making them. Tahini? No, it's made with crushed chickpeas

I had been to 2 other doctors who couldn’t identify my skin condition. I went to Dr Buck and diagnosed my skin condition as soon as she saw me. The treatment she prescribed worked quickly and completely. In addition to medical competence she is very personable and office visits have always been pleasant and efficient.

I have been here a few times since 2014. I have been happy with Dr Buck. There could be a wait, depending on time of day, but the practice has a PA now (physician assistant), which should help. Ive found Dr Buck to be very knowledgeable. She's also treated me with respect and dignity. Something I can't say for other doctors... I'm a bigger person and she never makes me feel bad about myself. She stays in her lane. She looks at your skin issues and doesn't give me a hard time about weight. I've even done a full body scan with her and she was super polite. She might be best described as quirky /

I have been seeing Dr. Buck since I was a young teenager for various skin issues and she has never failed to sort out any issue I was having. I am 31 now and have referred her to many friends and family, all of whom have had great experiences. If my children ever need any help with skin issues, I will be taking them to see her. She is the best!

I saw Dr. Buck in the Sewell location. 1 visit and the skin conditions I've been dealing with for years is almost completely gone. I read some other reviews for her and it doesn't seem like they're talking about the people I met. The staff is so friendly and cheerful. I never felt rushed and all my questions were heard out and answered. Products weren't pushed on me, they were suggested and I got a bag full of samples to try. I have clear skin for the first time since I was a kid and I'm 35. It feels amazing. Dr. Buck is energetic and friendly. If her personality is too much you then find a doctor

Dr. Buck is a phenomenal Dermatologist and a caring person! She has a magnificent eye for identifying potentially dangerous moles- before they become a big problem. She is very skilled at mole removal! Not only are mole removals done promptly in her clean office, I have felt very little if any pain and my skin has always beautifully healed with very little scarring.

I just came back from my first visit to Dr. Buck’s office. Dr. Buck was very thorough and took the time to explain everything she found and answered all my questions. When actually providing treatment, she explained again what she was doing and was very reassuring. Unlike so many other doctor office visits, I never felt rushed or unheard. I highly recommend Dr. Buck.
