Please believe the reviews you read about the person working inside this business asking customers to pay for dropping off pre-paid shipping packages. I had a package for USPS with a label printed. At first he said it would cost 50 cents, then when I said it was a prepaid label he took behind the counter. When I asked for a receipt for the dropnoff he asked for 50 cents again. When I asked why prepaid labels needed to add an extra 50 cents he threw my package back up onto the counter and said "we don't handle USPS packages." I just walked away.

I visited this location on 06/17 around 915am - the person that I encountered barely wanted to even acknowledge my presence and was very short and rude in his response to questions that I had regarding dropping a prepaid package for FedEx to pick up. I asked about a receipt for confirmation of drop off and he mentioned that his system was not up (btw hours are 9am-5pm). He stated I should just leave the package and log into the system to track the package. NO SIR THAT'S NOT HOW THIS WORKS! I will not leave a package at your office with no confirmation that I did so-therefore I took my package and

I do not recommend this location for your Amazon pick up spot! Small older guy was rude and short with me because Amazon didn't put it in the hub machine...he had to get it from his office & check me out like it was such a inconvenient to him! Why even have to service provided in your shop it you don't want to do it🤷🏽♀️. Not even a "how are you doing today" when you walk in. Bad business!

Seems like they change rates / policies on the daily to make a buck. I've been to this location a few times now for mailing services and have had a fairly decent experience, if I'm purchasing something from them. I brought over a prepaid FedEx drop-off package to them today (packaged up, shipping label attached and all) and the representative told me it would be $1 because they have to "take care of the package". I have brought drop-off prepaid packages in the past to this location, but since I purchased something from them, they did not charge me "take care of package" fee. I understand the $1

I been in this place many times and manager who works there was very polite kind and helpfull even when he was attending other customers, he acknowledged me , gave me good discount on shipping gave 100 doller off voucher to use in store for next time, i would definitely go back and recomend others to go to this place .
