I do not write reviews. But after my experience with Fire & Ice today, I had to write one. They have amazing Customer Service! My wife bought me a ring there 5 1/2 years ago. We later moved out of the area. Like 600 miles out of the area. I lost my ring about 8 months ago. We looked for a replacement where we are now, but could not find anything satisfactory. On a whim, I decided to call Fire & Ice. WOW! I briefly described the ring to Claudia. It took 14 minutes for her to find the same ring! It took another 15 minutes to find that the manufacturer had it in stock, in my size & she could get it
