Nancy's work is truly heartfelt and customers can see it in the finished product time and time again. Her dedication to the customer is unmatched and that is evident in the effort and perfection she puts into every piece.

I came in looking for a plant that wasn’t toxic to cats. The woman told me that it wasn’t a yucca but similar in appearance. Turns out it is, which is extremely toxic towards cats. I won’t be back. ☹️

We just love Nancy and her crew at Heartfelt. We have it set up where she provides a pretty bouquet to my mom in a senior center in Fond du Lac every Friday, which works out great. With Covid, mom can't get out, so her Friday flowers are much appreciated, and a highlight of her week. Thanks again Nancy and friends for such a special treat!
