This is my third year using Metrotax to file my families taxes. My Tax Accountant Diego has a response time within 24 hours- within 24 hours my taxes are filed. The new addition of the 'Client Portal' website allows me to securely upload all my tax documents quickly and pay my invoice. The filing tax process runs very smoothly as Diego is able to reach me via text & email for any follow up. The value for this service is budget friendly and worth it. Diego has been great to work with. Previously I was visiting him on-site to get my taxes done. This time I used his online client portal and did my entire application virtually. It was flawless!
