I just had a team from Michael Brooks Moving move my couch into my new apartment. Setting up the delivery was hassle-free, even when I scheduled the delivery around the holidays, I got a prompt response. The moving team was quick, efficient, and careful of the other furniture in my apartment when moving the couch in, unlike some other moving services I've used in the past. The team was also very friendly and interested in how I was setting up my apartment. I definitely recommend these guys if you're looking to move anything!

These guys were awesome ! They showed up a little early but called ahead to let us know they were coming. We were quoted for 6-8 hours and it was exactly that’s. They ensured us they’d do they’re best and they sure did! I just wanna say thank you to brooks for the awesome easy move!

I have made my share of moves that were anything but a pleasant experience.
MICHAEL BROOKS MOVING WAS AWESOME!
The person that estimated our house for a move was friendly and professional.
Moving day came and the crew showed up on time, were happy and pleasant.
They loaded up our belongings and moved us to Maine without any issues and nothing was broken.
They packed us up and moved us in less than 5 hours.
I gave the company 5 stars because there was no option to leave more. I highly recommend this company.

Michael, Victor and Chris moved me from SW NH to Albany, NY and did an absolutely spectacular job. I was worried about how they would maneuver my heavier pieces of furniture (including a 4 foot floor loom) and all my boxes, and they managed it all with friendliness, jokes and smiles. I'm very, very grateful for the work they did, they made my life better!

We did a couple of moves with Michael Brooks moving within a few months, with two out of the three movers working on both moves. I worked with Michael on the pricing and schedule and both were as promised. No hidden fees on the quote and the movers were 15 minutes early on each move. During the move, the movers were courteous and professional. They also helped walk us through the process since we had little experience with moving. A really good experience overall.

Overall a neutral experience. The guys were fast, worked hard, nice, and everything you'd expect. One problem is they were a bit careless. Two pieces of furniture were damaged a several boxes were just dropped. Nothing was mentioned when the head guy saw me looking at the damage and scratches. Luckily the damage is in a place where it's not worth going through any sort of claim.

Michael Brooks Moving moved us earlier this week and the experience was phenomenal. I called for a quote a few weeks prior to the move and spoke directly with Michael - he was professional and polite and gave me a very reasonable quote. Almost immediately afterwards, Michael followed up with an email to confirm the date of the move and time the crew would be arriving.

Found them through Yelp and they helped with a local move. We have moved 4 times in the last 6 years, two of them cross country so I would say we are quite experienced. These guys were fast, efficient, experienced, and reasonably priced. Mike is the owner and supervises every move and he uses his own guys (not day laborers). We have a lot of stuff and big heavy furniture and they had no trouble moving everything up and downstairs. The only thing that was a surprise was that they don't use any carpet padding.
