That receptionist will get some information from you that will help the attorney better prepare for the consultation. They will ask for your name, your birth date, which county or city your case is in, and what you have been charged with.

Frank is a great lawyer, he explained everything that needed to be done and he was never late to a single court hearing. All around nice guy and very good at his job. Exceptional! I have never had a better experience with legal issues. Everything was taken care of and all was handled quickly and on the time line of what I was told from the beginning. This review is a long time coming. I had an arrest back in 2019 and after shopping around hired Mr. Urbanic. He was professional, answered my questions, addressed my concerns and worked to get obtain the best possible outcome for my case. It was awesome watching him work in court even though my case never went to trial. I can say that I would not hesitate to hire him again should the need arise. This is really a great lawyer. I was very nervous to be honest and wasn't confident in my case, but he reassured me that he was taking care of me. He actually got my cased dismissed which could have been worse if I wasn't represented by the right person/lawyer. I'm very happy that Frank was the one that caught my eye. Frank took over my case after the first lawyer took too long and didn’t get my dmv hearing scheduled. He had little time to prepare before our next court date and together we did what was best for my case and I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Frank Urbanic as an attorney. I know Frank normally handles criminal defense cases, but he helped us handle a dispute over with a landowner not honoring his contracts. Frank proved to be an outstanding attorney in reviewing our case, helping us thoroughly go through our options, and ultimately helping us win the court case.
