Aventail Wealth Management LLC. is a state-registered investment advisory firm. The firm was co-founded by Carol Shira and Brian Ulch in November of 2015. They sought to create an independent wealth advisory firm that was hyper-focused on delivering world class service. Being independent allows Aventail to deliver 100% open architecture solutions.

Carol has spent the past 25 years in the trust, estate and financial planning field. Carol completed Trust School at the University of Notre Dame and Florida Trust Graduate School at the University of South Florida. Carol has held many diverse roles in the financial field. She started in the banking field as a Branch Manager and loan officer for many years.

The 14th century was a time in which tactics and weapons varied greatly on the battlefield. However, one aspect of defense that all could agree was the immense value derived from utilizing an Aventail. An aventail is a sheet of strong, interwoven metals rings. The Unique Design awarded whoever wore the aventail strength and flexibility.
