I left big business to start Clark Computer Services in 2003; not because I had a grand vision, but because I had three young children who needed their Dad around. Knowing I had to replace my salary, I went door-to-door visiting small businesses to introduce myself and ask if they needed IT support.

I had an issue with my Outlook email as the message I received said it could not open the folders, you can imagine what I thought. NO! I found Clark Computer Services via Goggle and was impressed with their 5 star rating along with the excellent reviews, and there were many. I emailed them and informed them of my problem, they quickly responded and said they could help. I picked the date and time which was the next day at 10am, on this day, Tim called, was friendly and professional, provided me with a web address and once I approved his access to my computer remotely had my Outlook email problem

My technician, David, was on time, dressed professionally, and was polite. We discussed the problem and I told him what I had done prior to his coming. He took the information and tried some other options I had not tried. The printer was reinstalled and hooked back up to my WiFi within an hour. I had been without a printer being off line for several months. One call. One stop. Problem solved. Thank you David!!

I had a corrupted file which they could not repair. I understand. I have received at least 2 requests for a review. A neutral review, they didn't fix my problem. Not bad, not good. Didn't have high expectations. Somewhat annoyed for receiving multiple requests for a review. Good example or be careful what you ask for.

I contacted this company because I was having internet connection issues. Apparently, the problem was with the provider and it was resolved by them before my appointment, so I canceled. They were super accommodating. Both before I made the appointment and also when I had to cancel. No pressure. No worries. I am going to take my laptop in for a battery change and a "once over" by one of their techs. I am glad I found them and will repost after my next appointment.

The tech that initially evaluated my system was informative and very polite. He was knowledgeable in his work. I would recommend Clark Computers to anyone. My former computer man, Computer Doc/James Blunt, recommended Clark to me. Once my new system is installed on Friday, November 12 I would like to have a contract so I can have regular maintenance.

Stuart arrived just 20 minutes after I spoke with the manager. Incredibly swift response! Stuart was pleasant, professional, efficient, thorough, & didn't overwhelm us with jargon. The price was entirely reasonable for a generous hour's work. He solved 5 issues that had been driving me nuts.
We were so impressed, we had him work on a second laptop while he was here. Definitely will call Clark next time I can't solve my own issue.

So nice to find a top notch, local computer repair shop. Open regular business hours. Great customer service on the phone. Delivered my lap top and it was serviced and ready for pick up the next day. And, the service tech called to explain what they had done - in language I could understand. My new "go to" for all tech issues. Many thanks!
