So, I read the previous reviews, I went and tried them out with my 7 year old daughter. I needed a nee set with SNS. She soaked off the old SNS, I told her what I wanted, she began using the filing tool and on the third finger instantly cut me! She apologized and we moved forward. Without going into ugly details, just know that I left with 6 new cuts on my fingers (around my cuticles and tops of my fingers) and two nails that have now had the underside separated from the nail. I couldn't even type this last night because my fingers hurt so badly. She apologized and I would have left

We arrived a little late. Its hard getting 4 ppl together with a 79yr old. They accommodated us! I was so happy. I got the deluxe package for my mom, sister and daughter. They were all in Heaven. Nice music and had the place to our selves. I will be back! They were gloved and masked. Very clean. I'm a nurse so I checked for these things. They were awesome!!!!!

Got SNS, 2 days later I'm still sore from bleeding cuticles. With the glitter color I picked out she insisted that if she put down a plain red coat underneath that it would be richer, well NOT, the tips barely have any glitter in them. I asked for thin nails/ their thicker than anywhere else I've been. I had to go back after my daughter pointed out that all my nails were different lengths and a couple were at an angle instead of square. I could tell she was really not happy that I came back but she shaped them properly. Will not be back.

I had a terrible experience with the powder dip nails (SNS) at another salon so I was very wary of doing it again. Amy, at Dina's, promised me she'd do a good job and she delivered! My French manicure is gorgeous and not peeling in day 2 as the last one did. Oh, and don't get me started on the incredible pedicure! I selected the deluxe pedi and it was fantastic. She was able to scrape down my icky calloused feet into something actually representing human feet! I got 3 leg massages too. One with the sugar scrub, one with the moisture mask, and one with the lotion. It was heavenly

I have been a customer of Ms. Dina for 3 years and I will be honest, I've tried cheating on her and going to another salon (if I'm out of town or not close to her salon). I end up having to go to Ms. Dina to re-do!! She knows what I want and how to treat her customers. I recommend making an appointment. Love Dina Nails!!💜💅

Came in about 2 weeks ago to get a full set of acrylic nails. I choose my color and the nail tech got started on me right away since it wasn't busy. During the process the tech cut the skin near my nails TWICE with her tool and made me bleed. The pain had worsen after leaving. Next, after doing my nails half way she tells me to pay first before she finishes but the two women before me didn't pay until the end of getting their nails done. Also , my cuticles looked horrible. I only give one star because I liked the nail color otherwise, VERY unsatisfied . Will not be returning

I found this nail salon after driving around like a crazy person one hour before my event started (I know, I know)
The first salon I went to told me no wait, I get there and she tells me I'm after the girl in the pink. I look over and "girl in the pink" hasn't even been started and is just pruning in the water!

I have been going to Dina's Nails exclusively for over a year. I have never left unhappy. Dina and her staff are wonderful, very friendly and eager to make sure you are pleased. Great selection of services. I like the SNS nails. Tons of colors to choose from. The shop and all the instruments are very clean and sanitary. I've never had any problems.

This is my third time going to this nail salon for a pedicure . The person that does my pedicures is Ann , she is very friendly , and goes a great job with the pedicure . They do use fresh liners ( they tear a hole in each liner after use to let the water run out) they have a sanitizer machine for their tools and I have also seen them open new tools for pedicures as well.

Dina, the over, did my pedicure on Tuesday, January the 29th 2019! At first my toes were/ felt sore but I thought it'll pass. That night I was up all night with terrible pain in my big toe!!!! It was swollen and red. I couldn't walk! I Couldn't step on my foot ! Then the next day it was even worse. Again I couldn't sleep all night!!!
My toe was infected because those ppl there use the same tools on everyone they DO NOT disinfectant them at least !!! I called Dina and try to explain what happened ! She kept

The first time I went I got the owner but after that the others pretty much were pushy about upgrading services and doing my eyebrows etc and as much as I let them know I didn't and didn't appreciate it they still kept doing it so now I just don't get my nails done very often at all. That's how much I don't like the pressure sales technique...

Always a pleasure to go in and be greeted by Dina.
We’ve made her our Go to Nail Expert since we moved here back in July of 2017. She’s never failed to make our nails look beautiful. I would recommend making an appointment if you desire to seat with her. But everyone there does amazing work.

The first impression of this place is GREAT! And I still love Dina and the staff. But I won't be coming back here because every time I get gel or SNS here, it doesn't last... Like it peels, chips within DAYS. They said something about the oil on my cuticles but it happens to my mom as well. Sometimes the job isn't always the best either, depending on who you get. I went to another nail place and it didn't happen to either is us.. The prices are lower at Dina's compared to other shops and I guess you get what you pay for.

I called to set an appointment and Dina the owner was so friendly and welcoming and explained the different types of pedicures when I asked. I even called about 2 hours before my appt to push it back and that wasn't an issue either!
I was very impressed by all of the ladies' skill level, their attitudes and friendliness and the cleanliness of the shop. They answered any and all questions and even explained if there was a price difference beforehand. I am so satisfied with my pedicure and SNS set

I went to two other places before this in both Snellville and Loganville. The nail salon in Snellville that I went to was mediocire. And the Loganville place was soooo anxiety inducing and caused me to get an ingrown big toe nail. (OW!) So I was hesitant to get my nails done again but i decided to pamper myself and I found this place in Grayson.
AND I'M SOOO GLAD. I was politely greeted when I came in and during the whole pedicure it was made sure that I was 100% satisfied by my pedicure. And I was! Plus the whole atmosphere was soooo relaxing with the soft spa music in the background made

My nails look and feel Amazing.
Nail tech (Jenny) helped choosing a great color that would work for 2 special outfits that range from formal to semi formal and two different color outfits.
She really did a great job shaping them as well.
The three nail techs in here today are sweet and friendly. Looking forward to coming in again.

Came here for manicures and pedicures with my mom and younger sister. Almost nonexistent wait on a Saturday morning. All of our nail technicians were very kind and inquisitive, taking care to ask about our personal lives, etc. As for the manicures and pedicures, they were wonderful!! Completed not too quickly nor too slowly--provided the perfect amount of time to relax. Each pedicure was also fine-tuned to each of our personal needs/requests. Everyone was very upfront about the pricing and add-ons, which are very reasonably priced! I think this will be my new go-to nail spot for when I visit home

I hate having to find a new nail place... it's like buying bras, but they're great. Small salon, comfy. When I have been in there it's a lot of regulars who are greeted by name. I am at the point where they recognize me, greeting by name I'm sure will follow. :)
