Very customer oriented family business...went with my wife to get tiles...etc for our two new bathrooms...frankly designing bathrooms is not my cup of tea...but Keith was so helpful and attentive to details that I was impressed...he treated my wife with courtesy and more importantly... listened to her needs...that set this shop apart from the run of the mill stores...

I've been dealing with this place a long time... Well usually a great place with good contractor discounts, I didn't like the mask mandate ultimatum I was given at the counter. Still in all, Whether they believe in this 19 thing or not, I understand the other wake will continue to enforce this unconstitutional mandate.

I agree with the reviews in regards to tile selection... We went this past Saturday and it was quite busy but we signed our name on the waiting list and went to look around to pick up tile combo. We had everything picked out and when they called us. A sales person came not even a hello or a how can I help you she simply said are you ready and I said yes while my wife was on the phone with the contractor in regards to tile selection and square footage needed but I was available to speak in the meantime unfortunately the sales rep was so frustrated possibly with the last customer she took the frustrations

By far the best tile store on Long Island. They have a great selection from basic ceramic to hand shaped and painted porcelain tiles for all your needs. Freddie has been helping us and could not be happier with his knowledge and the way he has been treating my wife and I. So next time your in the market for tile you must pay them a visit you won't be disappointed.

Our contractor took us to Old Country Tile over 10 years ago and we had a wonderful saleswoman help us design our bathroom as well as the backsplash for our kitchen. She sat down with us and we put our complete design in her hands because she was so knowledgeable. We still love everything she recommended. Today we went to Old Country Tile with one of our old bathroom tiles in hand. We wanted to continue the tile behind our vanity. It was Saturday and the place was packed, but I was soon greeted by a salesperson who informed me that they no longer had this tile which was not surprising to us
