We will tell you upfront what can and cannot be done to stay within your budget. Nathan recently built my parents house and I would never recommend him to to anyone! I have been in commercial construction for 18 years managing large projects and I am surprised that Nathan is still in business based lack of professionalism, quality, and overall client relationships. His lack of communication and response to fixing issues has been non existent. My parents have been living in their home for two months and there are still numerous issues that need to be fixed that he is aware of and wont even return a simple phone call to provide a timeline when these items will be fixed.
