I am not happy to write this review today. I have been a client of East Bay Skin Care for almost 20 years. Although I started with facials with Lynn, over the years I became primarily a consumer of their skin care products. Approximately once every 3 months I order my products and they are mailed directly to me. Since this has been going on for 20 years I have spent a very large amount of money at this place of business. I have always been impressed by the speed at which the products are shipped and with Daryl & Lynn's customer service. Unfortunately recently I did not receive a package. USPS stated
