Randy A. Borkoski is now the new owner and funeral director/embalmer of the Borkoski Funeral Home, Cadiz, Ohio. Randy, along with his wife of 44 years, Mary (Capers) Borkoski, their son Aaron (who is also an Ohio licensed funeral director/embalmer) and his wife Shawna, daughter Amanda Sable and her husband Anthony, grandchildren Noah, Miriam and Isaac, and their youngest son Adam, will all share the responsibilities of the operation.
Randy and Aaron are both graduates of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science and received their Bachelor's Degrees from Point Park University, Pittsburgh. Randy was the recipient of the Dodge Award, which is presented to a student who demonstrates excellence in the field of restorative art and cosmetology.

We were educated by the wonderful staff of OFDA including Melissa Sulivan and officers and members of the Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers of Ohio. The presenters included Jon W. Rettig president of the state board, Ben Easterling Jr. former past, President of OFDA. We were also given a great presentation by Bob Farmer of the Belmont County Veterans Association on the services they provide.
