Cypress Lakes Lodge incorporates a mind, body and spirit approach to recovery, crafting the balance of life enriching treatment, wellness, and healthy relationships that are sustainable. We are located in the beautiful rolling hills of East Texas on over 200 acres of land, peppered with gorgeous pines, magnolias, cypress and mature oak trees.

Our location is the perfect place for those in recovery. This setting promotes relaxation, reflection, and an oxygen-rich environment that clears the mind and opens the soul to effective recovery treatments. In addition to the lush green landscape encompassing all sides of Cypress Lakes Lodge, the property sits right on an 18 acre lake, offering clients and staff a therapeutic backdrop during counseling sessions and rehabilitation activities.
Services
At Cypress Lakes Lodge, we bring together the dual treatment approach with integrated family therapy, support and a holistic outlook on recovery. Our treatment center provides our patients with an interactive and therapeutic environment that's all inclusive from the inside out. We make use of the land surrounding our sanctuary to envelop the holistic approach by living, breathing and interacting with nature.
Our team would like to welcome you to our recovery center and offer insight into what it's like working with our clients at Cypress Lakes Lodge. Our team are either living in recovery actively or are part of a specialized trained medical team that deals with addiction and mental health. Read through their profiles and get to know them before you schedule your intake call.
According to the reports of statistics on relapse after treatment from the National Institute on Drug Abuse, anywhere from 40-60% of people relapse. Upon creating the holistic treatment mission for Cypress Lakes Lodge, we thought about this number and wondered what we as specialists could change to lower this number significantly.
Amid the many modern and traditional treatment methods for addiction recovery, the foundation of any recovery program is its counseling and therapy options. Individual and group therapy provide the basis for our clients to explore their experiences, both with addiction and with life's other stressors and pressures that have led them to our doors.
When we suggest family therapy, we try our best to educate our patients and their loved ones on the idea that addiction is a disease that affects the entire family. Everyone connected to someone suffering from addiction has an experience they want to discuss and learn to understand. For our patients, your families love you and want you to get better, but they don't know how to help.

CLL is a wonderful place to get help if you’re struggling with addiction. They really do care. Tobin is one of if not the best counselors I’ve ever had. I’ve been to quite a few rehabs band this place the first time around helped my stay sober for a good amount of time. This 2nd time I was struggling with my mental health and they were able to see that and they sent me to a place that specializes in depression (not a psych-ward). They didn’t seem in it for the money because I’ve been to places that would have just kept me even though I was struggling a lot. They didn’t do that. They

This is an exceptional treatment center. I arrived there scared, broken & with absolutely no idea how to live life sober. The staff and counselors truly care about their clients. With their guidance I obtained hope, serenity, gratitude and a multitude of coping skills. They loved me until I could love myself. They taught me how to live a happy sober life, one day at a time. I just celebrated one year sober and I know Cypress Lakes Lodge gave me the best possible foundation for long-term sobriety. I will forever be grateful for this place and the staff that worked so hard to help me become the person

Hidden gem, went for a job interview so can't speak on the services. Grounds are gorgeous, buildings are beautiful. The facility is being renovated from the inside out. New interiors are in progress. Truly impressive.

Working as an Interventionist I help families get their loved ones the help they need for their Addiction issues. I have been referring clients to Cypress Lakes Lodge since they have opened and have found all that have been willing to make changes in their lives have been very successful with the program that is provided. They have a highly trained clinic all staff that offers group and individual counseling along with EMDR, yoga, art & music therapy along with outdoor activities. They also set up great aftercare plans and follow up through the MAP program is available as well.

I had a good friend that attended here. It's seems it's just an insurance scam. Cypress Lakes Lodge is not set up for detox, yet he went through detox there. About a week after they discharged him with a successful recovery, he committed suicide in a sober house sponsored by the lodge. Before he died, he conveyed that most of the therapists are not certified for their position, there is no doctor or psychiatrist on staff. Most of the time they watched videos or had 'free time'. No one cared about his recovery and it took his 'sober companions' THREE DAYS to find his body in his room, beside his

Wonderful rehab facility! The staff works really hard to provide individualized care and communicate well with family/loved ones. This was the only program that was able to help my brother make real improvements in the quality of his life and health. We are extremely grateful for everyone that has been a part of his journey. A gentleman by the name of Leonard primarily helped us throughout the process and ensured that my brother would get the help he needed. After a long struggle and multiple rehab facilities throughout Texas, the team at Cypress Lakes Lodge were the only ones able to turn my brother’s
