Uncommon professionalism by entire team. Dr Reed performed a cancer removal from my face. Took over 5 hours. About 50 stitches later I am cancer free and look like a movie star. I could not be happier. So comforting to know this kind of care is still available. I am forever a fan.

While I was able to obtain the prescription I wanted on my first visit, I never heard from them again, except a bill in the mail.
I didn't quite see eye to eye with the doctor, so I assume thats why there was never any further communication. If you want pharmaceuticals this place is fine, if you want CARE and compassion my suggestion is keep looking.

I had a very disappointing experience overall with this dermatology clinic. I came in as a new patient needing a simple mole removal. The tech who assisted me was super helpful and kind and did a very thorough evaluation. She took a picture of the mole and everything. Dr. Guidry came in and told me it wasn't a mole but a skin tag. I asked if she was sure because it definitely looked like a mole to me and she said yes and rushed through the procedure. Apparently she didn't look at the picture that her assistant took because she removed a skin tag that was right next to the mole and was out the door

I actually really loved this place! The problem is scheduling. I was doing laser hair removal and THREE times in the last 6 weeks they have called to cancel my appointment 24-48 hours before. I was suppose to have a session tomorrow, so cleared my work calendar and got a sitter. When they called today to 'reschedule' for another week for the third time, I told them I would have to find somewhere else. I understand things come up, but it's not worth it to have to wait weeks and cancel last minute repeatedly.

Dr. Reed has been great to me thus far. I have a severe case of scarring due to acne in my younger years and I had 2 treatments with her. I can already see a major difference in the level of improvement. Her methods do not involve fancy lasers and energy devices which can have unpredictable outcomes but uses her steady hands with manual methods (Phenol CROSS and Subcision) to work on each scar with great detail. She is up to date in the most recent techniques in scar revision and one of the best docs in the area you can find for this specialty. The staff at the clinic is very professional and patient

I'm only giving a three star because Dr
Reed's PA was very nice. I originally wanted to go here because my daughter's acne was really getting out of hand and Dr Reed was highly recommended. We went for our third visit today, but was past ten minutes late after the office assistant finished up rescheduling another patient. I was told their policy is if you're more than 10 minutes late, she'd have to reschedule you, but that she'd go check. She came back telling me we could wait if we want, but no gaurentee on when or if we'd even get in. I understand needing to stick to the schedule, but we do

Everyone at this office is wonderful. They've created a very relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Even during my surgery, they made me feel comfortable. They're very thorough, which I appreciate. I would recommend Dr. Christian-Reed to anyone. She has a great bedside manner, not to mention her impressive credentials, and she is a Mohs surgeon.
