Services
Buffalo Party Rental's origin stems back to 1973 to a catering company called Deluxe Catering owned by Fred Szczesniak. Fred decided to venture into the table and chair rental business and purchased Buffalo Chair Service from Dan Rubino in 1978. After a few years of providing both catering and table and chair rentals, Fred decided to focus solely on party rentals.
Feel free to stop by and visit our 2,000 square foot showroom. We have most of our rental equipment on display so you can see first-hand exactly what you will be renting. If you're unsure of what type of items you may be in need of, one of our courteous party consultants will be more than eager to give you some suggestions.

Used the equipment for a graduation party. Ordered what I needed online and picked it up the next week. Everything was in good shape and easy to set up. The guys in the warehouse helped load my car and were very careful when loading without a scratch on my car. Return policy is pretty good also; I picked up my stuff on a Friday and dropped everything off on the following Monday. The receptionist on the phone is very nice too and was very helpful when getting my party equipment. I recommend trying them for your next party.

We had an amazing experience with Buffalo Party Rental! We had to completely change our plans for my bridal shower two weeks before the date due to the ridiculous restrictions venues have to follow currently. Buffalo Party Rental was able to accommodate us on such short notice and were great throughout the entire process. They dropped everything off and picked everything up on time, and had the entire setup down to a T to make it such a quick and easy process. Everything we rented was in great condition, and we got so many comments on how pretty the tent was! We would definitely use them again

If you do not need added stress for your wedding, avoid these people at all costs. I called for a simple price quote and enjoyed what I thought was a straightforward and amicable conversation - this company came with assurances from our caterer we so were pretty excited! I asked the woman, Shannon, to hold while I reviewed my address was correct- she thought she had placed me on a hold as well, and proceeded to complain about me to her coworker , calling me nasty names and debilitating my mental status . I was pretty shocked but cleared my throat and asked her if she was ready for the address-

Called for a particular event quote and didn't get a callback for 2 days. Then when I followed up the person indicated they had to check with the boss and couldn't give me a time for a response until I pressed for an answer - asking for a quote on what they could do The answer was that they could not accommodate the request. Person handling the request seemed unable to properly handle the situation positively. Lesson: tell people what you can do not what you can't do.
