Jim Joly was our real estate agent last year when we sold our condo and bought a house, both in Wakefield, MA. We bought our home in 1993 through Jim Joly & Boardwalk. He made it seem so simple and easy. We really felt the he was looking out for our best interest. We told him what we wanted and he showed us that and others that we thought we would like. He always kept us up to date what was going on and make the entire process so memorable. When we closed on the house he gave us a beautiful drawing of the house that we cherish to this day.
With that being said when we went to sell my husband's mothers house on Linda Rd in Wakefield in 2017, there was no one else that we could think of or wanted to list

Amateurs for sure! We listed with this local
Realty Co and didn't have proper signage
For open house.
They left my house unsecured after an open house. I was even asked to show the house my self because agent couldn't make the appointment .
Sellers beware! I had to point out improper listing on MLS.
It was too long a time between
Signing and finally appearing on the MLS.
I think something was fishy going on during those first 30 days.
Buyers and Sellers beware!

I enthusiastically and highly recommend Jimmy Joly without any reservations! Jimmy is experienced,thoughtful,knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. During the 30 years that my husband and I owned our home in Wakefield we decided to sell probably three different times. Each time Jimmy would come by , take his measurements see what improvements we had done and come back with his market analysis. Each time we ended up changing our minds and staying put! We were looking to rent a bigger place, when we met Rosemary from Boardwalk. She is kind, patient and very professional. After a few discussions, we realized that we could actually afford to buy rather than rent and that's exactly what we did and Rosemary was there for us every step of the way. She was available every time I called/texted and I did that a lot, especially after business hours (our offer was signed and sent at 10:30 pm).
