After experiencing tough times and getting out of some poor financial situations, CFS gave me the opportunity to get back on my feet by financing my first car loan. This place has the worst customer service, and they don't help you with any financial help. My account was hacked the bank did several chargebacks that I wasn't aware, one being challenge financial they have been harassing me threatening me to repo my vehicle and send it to collections when I have called my bank canceled the chargebacks and just waiting for the prcoess but they don't care. Worse financial institution ever!

I have been threw 2 car loans now with Challenge Financial . Around 5 years ago I was in a bad spot with losing my job and I called and got to speak to Art oregel. With 5 kids at the time (now 7 lol) I was the last step before repo , Art spent the time on the phone explaining all options and did not treat me like a bad person at all , it was the opposite he had compassion, understanding, open minded and honest. I had set up a payment to bring the account out of that department and the next day I had to run to the bank and he stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything was going ro be

Can't express enough how little some of their so called "supervisors" that are apparently trained to do this job know. Very horrible customer service with Jacqueline. She is unprofessional and has absolutely no knowledge about the things she speaks on. She almost had my vehicle sold because she didn't know what she was talking about. Thankfully Luis was able to straighten out her mess and I got my car back.

Extension Update
Every time they give you an extension they charge you 70€. And they add 1 ! Payment to your contract! I just found out the hard way , I ask for 2 extension in 5, years ,after I made my 48 payment. I Realized that they had 2 more payment to my contact for a total of 50
I'm positive that they never informed their clients because nobody ever told me.Be careful

This is the most backward, underhanded, shady finance company I have ever had the misfortune of being stuck with. They’ve gotten excessive amounts of money out of me for numerous “fees” that make no sense at all. If you are looking into buying a used car please inquire about the finance company FIRST and if they work with Challenge Financial stay away. It has been a very challenging year and with all that is going on in our world, which personally has been tremendously stressful to cope with. I recently lost someone in my family to covid-19. Idk why they have so many bad reviews. I've been with this company since 2019. Fred is my representative. I fell into a hardship being pregnant and on bed rest I called fred to inform him so I wouldn't lose my truck. Fred is a god sent person. He went above and beyond for me. He asked me for a few papers and I sent them. Fred helped me out so much 3x so far. He is great and very understanding. He cares about his client's and their financial troubles and gives you the best options possible to keep your car during hard times. Man thank you so much FRED HE DESERVES A RAISE.

This is the absolute worst experience ever with this company. I've had 3 vehicles financed and never have I experienced such horrible customer service. Vicki is very unprofessional, raises her voice and does not want to ask a simple question "where was my payment applied". The experience they offer is not worth the trouble of making the payment. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company and so not recommend anyone to use them..

Unfortunately I've had a very bad experience with this company these pass couple of months. I've been dealing with one of yhe reps named Robert who is by far the worst company Reps that I have ever came across in my entire life and I feel sorry for them to have someone like that be representing and degrating a company. He is very rude and unprofessional and thinks he knows it all. He has hanged up on me on the phone while I was still trying to speak. He's also threatened to repo my vehicle because I was 14 days past due. He's even told me that they can repo my car whenever they want just because

I have had some ups and downs with Challenge Financial, but, like one of the other reviewers had posted, the key thing everyone needs to do is do your best to make the payment on time, and, above all, KEEP GOOD RECORDS for LEGAL purposes!
After having been with them for 4 months now, I PERSONALLY drive down to their office in Anaheim/Orange, for each payment, to HAND DELIVER the payment, which is CASH! Then I make sure I get the receipt, and check each receipt out, fully, and compare it to the previous to make sure my principal
