Horrible rude receptionist.
I am getting text messages from Liz the receptionist telling me they didn't check my insurance and now i owe $179 because "they simply do not have time to check insurance for every single patient" her exact words.
Back to my old dental place more honest, ethical and professional.
You can have the $179 but you won't get another dime from my family.

I really wanted to like this dentist-I just moved to Roseville and was looking for a new dentist-I checked reviews and although there were some bad ones I went with the good ones and decided to give them a try especially that I was in pain.
Took my endodontist X-ray (he told me to go to regular dentist since it's easy root canal) that I had done a couple weeks prior and went for a consultation. It took a while to register me, do the paperwork and although I had an appointment at 2 pm I had to wait 45 min so I was taken before 3 pm. All good. It was a lady dentist who after talking to me referred

If your looking for a great dental experience try Twelve Bridges and ask for Christan as your hygienist she's awesome! I've been to many dentists and finally found the right place. You can trust them, they are all super friendly and accommodating to any of your health needs. The front desk staff are wonderful too. It's really nice to get great customer service.

I happy to have found Twelve Bridges Dental! They are friendly, professional and efficient. I feel confident that they are looking out for my best interest when they recommend a treatment. Their fees seem to be reasonable and definitely less than the last dentist I went to. They always give me an estimate for treatments and let me know how soon they recommend it be done. They are always happy to answer questions. They also offer Care Credit financing and help get it set up.

Had a cleaning job done at this place today morning.
Everything went perfect from the time I entered the dental office to my exit with a happy smile.
What more can I say.
Very professional and efficient staff and an exam by the doctor himself after the cleaning.

If you're from the Lincoln-Roseville area, I couldn't recommend this Dentist more. The reception staff are always kind, always excited to see you. The dental techs are incredibly efficient and thorough, and will gladly explain everything they're doing to help you better understand your teeth and gum health. I've been here for over 7 years now, and never have I felt like I wasn't thoroughly treated, nor left out on anything. Doctors Raj and Insiya Zanzi not only will get every job done thoroughly, they can often get it done quickly to help you get back on your way. You could not be in better hands

Extremely polite and informative employees, had a cleaning and during it I had a pleasant and thorough conversation about how to care for my teeth and other unrelated topics with more of a focus on my personal life. I never at all felt like I was being rudely lectured about proper dental care, and it made an excellent start for my day. The individual who was cleaning my teeth was Enrique (sorry if I misspelled it) he was again extremely polite and informative about what he had to say with waterpick, floss, and brushing recommendations in a way that seems feasible to actually maintain as a daily

The hygienist Enrique did an amazing job and was very friendly. I was pleased with all the work he did and with everything he had to say. He was very generous and helpful.

The absolute best dentist experience I have ever had! It's difficult to find a new dentist in a new city, however this place is a gem!
I set a new appointment, sadly it took almost a month, but it was worth the wait. Had a teeth cleaning and they found a couple of cavities. The doctor moved around his lunch to fill the cavities on the spot and walked me through everything so I felt completely comfortable. I have never left a dentist appointment with pictures of my own teeth so I can see for myself what was done.
Everyone in the office was extremely welcoming and they even took time to sit

Set up an appointment for today a couple weeks ago. I was sent a reminder last week via text. I was sent another reminder today, of which I was thankful, as I forgot. Too busy at work and almost missed. When I arrived the staff greeted me with a smile and a hello. It was a quick visit and out the door. They will work with you and make it all pleasant! Even the billing...make this place your dentist office. You will not be disappointed!

Front desk Ms.Liz immediately made an appointment for me and I would able to fix my tooth. Also, she had a lot of patient and trying to explained to me every single questions..
A lot of Dentists are trying to do unnecessary procedure for them to make money but Dr. Zanzi was way far from it!! He try to avoid unnecessary procedure and keep the tooth the way it is as much as possible.
