Probably one of the worst flower delivery experiences of my life. They work with 1800flowers and I think it’s a total scam. I’m sure they just take the money and don’t give the proper respect of what you ordered or are paying. It’s disappointing that they have low morals for a local flower shop. Highly do not recommend their shop. I lost out on money and the product the floral shop sent out is a huge disappointment. I am very disappointed with the service and flowers that I received from the Flower Basket and I would not use or recommend them to anyone because of the following issues:
I was sent flowers for my birthday on July 6. They could not be delivered because I live in a gated community and I was not home to allow them access into the community. I received a VM from the Flower Basket that day advising me to call them to schedule another delivery date. I called them on July 8 and spoke to Carol. I asked her NOT to deliver the flowers again until I called back with a definite date. I was not going

I always shop here, and another flower shop. In Aurora for my wife and daughters. I order this one for my wife at work, and sent another one to our home but from the other shop.
The one sent to the house is the same price as this one, but has more roses and fillers.
I can't knock this one because it's a nice group of flowers. I thought I order the lavender roses, but red is still about love.
The workers here are helpful and very nice. I never had an issue with them and they help out also.
I am about send a review for the other place soon. But visit the shop, The Flower Basket has some good

My husband bought these as a surprise as I graduated with my doctorate on Friday, but due to covid I was unable to walk and he thought it would be a nice gesture. To start they came a day early, which didn’t matter to me, but he wanted them to arrive on Friday since that was the day I was supposed to walk. If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. I ordered flowers on foryouflowers.com , i ordered the premium flowers (most expensive) , a mother's day balloon, and 2 latex white balloons. I paid 120 for this not including the tax and delivery fee. For starters when I left a phone number to call to let me know the flowers arrived... they didn't call, nor did they ring the doorbell. They left the flowers sitting outside on a windy day, the flowers fell all over our front porch, the balloon was completely deflated, also MISSING the two latex balloons i PAID for. I ordered these

No balloon, and the wrong floral arrangement was sent and no note was attached to say who the flowers were from......only The Flower Basket card was included with a Happy Birthday. Our daughter had no clue who sent them until he told her.

The ladies in the shop were the nicest around and extremely helpful, however, the flowers I received were of very poor quality. Some wilted and decaying at the stems, poorly wrapped, and without the food packets that usually come with flowers. No doubt the timing of my visit (Valentine's Day) had alot to do with the end result, but I certainly would have expected better quality at the price I paid.

Hubby ordered a dozen roses arrangement for Valentine’s Day. They said they’d be delivered by 3:00pm. 4:00 rolls around - nothing. The charge had gone through immediately so he knew the order went through on time. He called to find out what happened and was told they’d contact the driver and call back. Nobody called back. 5:00 no call or flowers. Next Day the Delivery arrived. No apology. Nothing. Flower leaves wilted. Roses literally just stuffed in vase with berries. I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered same day. It was affordable. Well that came at a price because she never received it. The first time I called i was told mine was the only one on the table to be delivered and would be here shortly. Second call i was told that have many orders that it was on the the truck. I was put on hold and when they came back on the line was told mine was next to deliver. I did inform them that we were almost going to leave and did inform me that was an option for the time to deliver, i was unaware of that. We still stuck around for 45 mins and still nothing.

Ordered this amazing arrangement from this florist via Teleflora for Mother's Day. Paid over $90 and they sent this horrible dollar store vase of cut flowers with brown leaves and dead snapdragons. Not even remotely close to what I did order. It's like they tossed in all the flowers and crap left at the end of the day. If they couldn't fulfill it, then just call and say so but don't send this crap and think I'm going to pay for it. Teleflora is refunding my money and the florist can come get this thing.

I have never written a negative review in my life! If I could give this company a zero, I absolutely would. I place an order online two days ago to make sure that it was specifically delivered today, May 10th. I even called yesterday to make sure they had received my order and give them specific instructions for my delivery which included three different contacts phone numbers to make sure this was delivered properly.

My fiance ordered me flowers on Valentines Day as a surprise to be sent to my work. He used the shops website to place this order and followed up with a call to the shop to be sure that the flowers would be delivered that day. He was reassured that the flowers would be arriving by 6pm though would probably be earlier since my place of work is less than 10 minutes away. I placed an order today around 9am. Called around 12pm to see if the flowers would be delivered before 4pm. I was told that my order had just been accepted and that it wouldn't make it to the business on time. They said they would be able to deliver to a home address. The worst flower arrangements I have ever ordered. I sent myself one and my son and both of them were substandard. I understand that some flowers can be substituted with comparable flowers but this was not done.
0ne of the arrangements literally had three carnations in it instead of red roses, was not a Christmas shape as the picture stated, no ornaments , 1 sprig of holly and a tacky metal container.

A friend of mine recently passed and I wanted to send flowers to the funeral. I hadn't had the chance to order until the day of. We called the Flower Basket up and explained the situation and that my friend was a huge Blackhawks fan. The girl on the phone was incredibly sweet, understanding, and said it would be no problem to get something incredible together for her that day.

This place was Awesome today.
I went in with short notice to have flowers delivered to Rush-Copley. My neighbor came out of ICU today and I wanted her to have flowers in her room.
They were able to get them there fast and they were beautiful.
Price was reasonable, and delivery charge was lower than other places I called.
Staff was wonderful in helping me pick which flower would fit the person.
Thank you to the young lady who helped me. Didn't get your name, but you know who you are.
