THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Empty promises throughout my entire experience. When I requested a quote I had to remind him and then call and see what the hold up was. Then he finally sent a sloppy email reply with no questions regarding when we wanted the delivery and to what address, etc., etc. When I called he said to text him. When I texted him he would take FOREVER to get back to me so I had to call back and it was the "oh yeah, oh yeah" reaction every time. I'm still trying to return the rentals to him and have had to remind him 3 times. Still waiting for them to get back to me to

I am thrilled to find J & N Party Rentals in Orange. We have chosen them for our annual luau in Dana Point that is coming up. It has been great dealing with Francisco and appreciate the reasonable prices!
We used them for picking up chairs last month for an event. I hope they will be our go to from now on with excellent service.

We decided last minute to throw a 4th of July party literally the day before 4th of July. So many of the party rental companies I had contacted were either completely booked out or some had supplies but I had to pick it up myself. Im a short lady ordering tables, chairs & a jumper... pick ups were not something I could do.
So I called J&N party and I told them I wasnt picky as far as what jumper but I needed white colored chairs. The guy on the phone, Frank, said he may drop off early saturday morning (4th of july) but there may be a chance he can deliver it earlier. I told him

If I could give them negative stars I would. I placed an order by phone approximately 1 month prior to my sons second birthday party. I called 3 days prior to the event to confirm and they said everything was set. The day of the event I was given a 8-1 window for delivery. 1 came and went and they never called or showed up. I called numerous times, sent text messages with no response. I had to scramble and get a jumper from a near by company. It wasn't what my guest or my son expected. This company is beyond bad please save yourself a headache and heartache and go with someone else. Never
