We take your privacy seriously. We will actively destroy the information on hard drives so your information is disposed of securely through software and through phsyical magnet based destruction! When it comes to recycling laptops, even one makes a big difference - recycling one million laptops saves enough energy to power over 3,500 U.S. homes for an entire year.
Delaney Interactive intends to keep labor charges as low as possible while still maintaining a highly professional level of service. Traditionally, the standard residential hourly rate is $25.00 an hour, where as the commercial rate is $50 per hour (1 hour minimum). This rate compares extremely favorably with most stores, plus you get the convenience of onsite service!
Wireless networking allows you to use your computers just about anywhere in the house. You're no longer confined to being tethered to a cable. Plus you'll still be able to print to any printer connected to a computer in your home or office! Delaney Interactive can setup your wireless network for you complete with security enabled for your safety.
Remote PC Support: We provide you with a link to create a remote session that allows us to gain control of your keyboard and mouse from our office, and fight the problem without the need of someone coming to visit you in your pajamas! Drop-Off Service: If you are local to our office, you can schedule a time to drop off your system and we can usually have your issues addressed within a couple of hours.

Mr. Delaney was able to pinpoint issues with my home PC that other experts in the Dallas area were unable to address and correct them in a timely manner at very fair prices. I will be using him for all of my computer repair and upgrade needs in the future!

My laptop screen was completely black and everything I tried to get it back failed I called Delaney Interactive and spoke to Rob. I’m SO glad I did! He told me exactly how to fix it and…FA-DAH! I called Robb Saturday morning and he told me to bring my computer in right then. By that afternoon he had totally fixed my dead computer, reinstalled Windows and updated it as well as installing anti virus protection for me to top it off. I can’t say enough good things about him. Maybe one more, the pricing was fantastic.
