I got an outrageous quote from Tint World for $400 to do all the windows on my Volvo wagon and when I called Elite, Mario immediately gave me a quote for half of that. I can honestly say after working at several car dealerships, this is the BEST quality work for the price. Very good quality 3M film and phenomenal craftsmanship. Not only that but the entire car was done in under 2 hours! Highly recommend!!

Elite did the tinting on my wife's car and today tinted my car. The techs are polite and efficient. They explained the proper care of the tinting after the application . I am extremely happy with the tinting and it makes a very big difference in the temperature in the interior of the car. I would highly recommend Elite for window tinting.

The car dealership next-door recommended this place. My vehicle had to be re-tinted a total of 4 times.
First it was bubbles in the tint, ok no big deal it happens, I take the car back. A month later still blemishes in the window tint. 2nd re-tint lasted about 1 year. Then the driver side window gets two large creases and both rear smaller windows each have a crease.
3rd re-tint, not the exact same darkness percentage as the rest of the vehicle. The installer tells me, don't worry when it drys in a few days they will all look the same again.

Ken and his staff and Elite Window Tinting are awesome. My wife and I took both our cars to Elite for tinting. They provide excellent customer service and communication. Ken dropped my wife at her hair salon appt, that was near by, while her car was being tinted. He clearly explains your options and does not pressure you with an up sell. I highly recommend.

I had my wife's car tinted at Elite. Mark was the one who did the job. He is very knowledgeable in this field. Any question I had he was able to answer with explanation and certainty. He gave me great advice on the darkness and was just an all around cool guy. I made an appointment and I was in and out within 1 hr. Great service. Great job done in a timely fashion. Quality of material used is evident. Ken is very skilled so you won't be disappointed with the work. I've gave a pair of front doors filmed for privacy and a plethora of other windows throughout my home filmed. Very satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend his work.

Very unprofessional. Manager was cursing up a storm and irate when he had to retouch scratches done on the tint. Also scheduling an appointment was very difficult. I don't recommend to anyone who really cares about their vehicle.

Went to Elite Tinting because Llumar film referred me there for warranty work. I had my windows tinted when I first bought my vehicle & the shop I originally used no longer carried Llumar film. Arrived at Elite Tinting & was met by Mark. I explained to him that I was selling the vehicle & the buyer wanted the defective tint replaced. Produced my receipt with the Llumar specs #s. Mark proceeded to tell me to "just rip the tint off & sell it like that. Or to take my car to a dealer that pays cash for vehicles instead & they wouldn't be worried about the tint." I

If I could leave a negative star review I would as this place deserves less than that. I brought my new car to Elite Window Tinting (2920 Okeechobee Blvd, west palm beach, Florida.....so there is no confusion) and delt with a guy named Mark. From the start it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they make Comcast look good, and after staying patient and polite, even after offering to return at a later date as they seemed way to busy to have time for a customer, the attitude never changed.
