ABD will not reliquish HOA control until they are finished developing the community. However, they do absolutely nothing to protect the full-time residents here.
Last night a group of at least 10 people staying in a rental home went around breaking into cars. There is no night security, only daytime.
We were promised a second pool. That did not happen.
We were promised a second entrance. That did not happen.
We were promised onsite dining via the clubhouse. They now only cater to golfers.
Traffic is forced to go through a roundabout that is not large enough to accommodate more than one vehicle

We started working with Annette almost three years ago. She was so helpful and patient with us! We finally found the Single Story Courtyard was our dream home. ABD was amazing from the beginning to picking out every detail and allowing us to customize the home. This is our second home in Providence, and we are loving living in Sherbrook Springs! What a horrible experience. ABD built my home in 2006 and was unable to tell me who installed my windows. I called time after time and they said it doesn’t matter who installed them they aren’t under warranty. I’m not looking for a warranty, no one will reseal my windows that are not theirs. I am contacting the BBB and I will make sure my family and friends leave reviews as well especially after they heard the way I was treated. I’m not looking for a warranty, the only way someone will fix the sealant on my windows is from the company that installed them!
