Custom Jewelry Gallery is owned by the Frei family in Cedar City, Utah. The store is ours, we clean it, care for it, stress over it and love it. It first was a goal Kyler and I set 10 years ago. Then we sold our house and I got a job teaching to start what has become our home away from home, pictures are proof!
Most of our memories have been made here. Our clients from time to time have heard barking dogs and me fighting crying kids in the back room who wont do their homework. Kyler is a master jeweler and has been practicing his craft for 12 years. I am amazed at the care and perfection he puts into each piece of jewelry.

Kyler was amazing and did quick work. I live out of town and was able to set up a Saturday appointment and he was great to work with that! He was able to fit me and get my ring resized quickly and did an amazing job. Plus he stands behind his work and that says a lot about someone. Thank you again for your amazing quality work. After 3 years of marriage we went to Custom Jewelry to by my wife a real diamond wedding set for our anniversary. What a great experience! Kyler was the coolest, up front and personable. He worked with us to get my wife exactly what she wanted at a great price. While waiting for Kyler to size the set, I fell in love with a pistol that he had engraved with the 2nd Amendment and he also gave me a great deal on it. So happy that we went to Custom Jewelry. Kyler was absolutely incredible to work with! I brought in my ring to be resized and he had it done within 2 hours!! I brought my fiance in with me when I went to pick it up and he gave us soooo much information about mens' rings. He is very informed in his area of expertise and I could not be happier with my ring!

My sister recommended Custom Jewelry Gallery to get my ring sized, and Kyler was seriously AWESOME!! You can’t even tell that my ring wasn’t originally this size. Today I got a family heirloom sized to fit me. It was an amazing experience to see my grandmother's engagement ring transformed with care. Sometimes you walk into place and they just do the job and it's done. Kyler took the utmost care and courtesy to make sure it was perfect and it was. I will be coming back to Custom Jewelry Gallery.

Kyler is awesome! We had some issues with some jewelry and had poor customer service where we bought it. So we went to custom jewelry gallery and Kyler took care of us and got the jewelry repaired and looking better than new. I recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for anything from a standard engagement ring to and especially fully custom pieces, his work is awesome!

The jeweler is amazing! He remembers who you are and takes good care of your jewelry. He fixed up my mom's ring at a reasonable price and even tweaked my ring free of charge. Also, you get to watch him as he works on the ring, he shows you everything he does, so you know you are getting a good deal! Now I know of a good jeweler in Cedar that I can go to for any future needs.

Had to write a review this time. This place is fantastic! from the honest and friendly owners, to his amazing and unique work, the way the store looks is very welcoming. First time I went in for customizing my own watch. I have a watch that was way to big for my wrist, he has adjusted it to my size in no time. This time I came in with a few delicate necklaces that broke and he needed to weld and put them back together. He is very professional and honest with pricing. I recommend him for any jewelry needs and also, check out his handmade jewelry! it is amazing.
