Unfortunately my vehicle has been on the receiving end of minor fender benders twice in the last three years. On both occasions I used Olsen for the repairs and couldn't have been happier. The staff was great, communication was excellent (regular text updates throughout the entire process), my vehicle was finished ahead of schedule both times and thoroughly cleaned inside and out when I got it back. It felt like I got back a vehicle that was as good as new. Thanks!

My teen driver needed one more foot of stopping distance that wasn't there so hit the ball hitch in front of her. Olsen's repaired minor front end damage quickly and professionally. They handled the insurance and did some minor paint work also. Customer service and communication was top-notch and quality of work was excellent. Highly recommended shop.

Olsen Auto Body is great! My daughter's car was in an accident (she wasn't driving) and it needed some major body work. I found Olsen's on the web and reached out to them and they were awesome right from the start. They managed the insurance, got my daughter's rental car lined up, communicated often about the progress of the repairs, and finished on time. From start to finish it was first class service and a great job done on the car. For a father that was a long ways away, it was really awesome to have folks I trusted working on my daughter's car. I was in an accident that wasn't my fault and they did a great job and took care things well, but I didn't have to pay.
I decided to go back to them and get more paint work done that I wanted for a while. My big problem is how they hustled me. First time I go in and they check everything out and give me an estimate. I made an appointment and was happy. Drop my car off and they look at things and give me a new estimate that is 40% more expensive. At this point I'm handcuffed and in the door. It's a huge hassle to cancel plans

My car was hit while I was at work, luckily the driver left their number. I called Olsen because they are certified in my make of car. Right from the beginning they were super helpful in getting my car fixed. My car is old so they explained that getting parts could be difficult and take a while. They weren't kidding, it took a month but they found every part and they were very fast in getting it fixed and did an amazing job. My car looks great! Their customer service was beyond satisfying. They are #1 in my book from start to finish on auto collision repair. Hit by a DUI, hit-n-run driver, Olsen's took me through the whole process with my insurance, car rental it was wonderful. My car came out wonderful, it looks all shiny and brand new! All the personnel and mechanics were fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful. They even got my car done earlier than scheduled. Very good experience. Great work on my car, I'm so grateful to them!
